Unfortunately, my channel has recently received two copyright strikes due to the use of his audio. As you may know, these strikes jeopardize the existence of my channel, and I simply cannot afford to lose it. To protect the channel and ensure its continuity, I must discontinue the use of Trarags' audio in my animations. If you are going to use a different voice, the joke delivery and writing style should be different too. For example, Tra and Griffy are both funny but have their own personal style. I understand what you were trying to do, just trying to offer some advice.

The voice situation is understandable, however with the progress of AI, feel free to play around with the tools available, to find a voice that's more fitting for the villain characters that trarag's voice is usually used for. A voice with a little more character and a feel of terror would be more suitable.

He sounds like he's from the Caribbean most likely Aruba, Curacao, or maybe St Vincent. or some other French/Euro influenced Afro-Centric country like Cameroon or Nigeria . The N-word is not as commonly used in those countries which is why it sounds uncomfortable, but Indian is WAY off lol

I guess the dip in viewership on his channel finally hit a point where he couldnt ignore you anymore. I hope your channel stays sucessful man. But this line of work is extremely hard to do long term, because JUST LIKE react Content, its only so much fair use you can claim before its just straight up plagiarism. Im sure ALOT of your fans prolly have never even visited Trays channel before to check out the original stuff. And after a while that will start to effect tray. At this point your best bet is contacting tray and offering him a partnership where you pay him a portion for his voice. Otherwise its pretty clear he isnt going to let you use it for free anymore

Thats the entire problem. As a former youtuber I AM POSITIVE that tray wouldve been more then happy to lease out his voice for skits. For long time youtubers that is litterally one of the BEST ways to make money. But he never reached out. The guy is clearly a foreign dude. Accent is giving me Pacistan/ndia vibes. So he prolly just tried to run with the “fair use” clause, until he eventually got big to the point where people stopped watching Trays videos on his own channel, (which was inevitable since daybreak grew so fast) and now tray has to throw out them strikes. Shitt knowing the kinda guy Tray is, i would even bet money that he prolly tried to reach out to Daybreak to get something worked out and prolly heard nothing back🤦🏽♂️
