    60% of my life energy has been managing the regression, grief, frustration and reactivity stemming from this pattern. I find is staggering that in 150k in therapy none of this was mentioned, not to mention "education." It seems as if in order to even grasp the most important things that impact our lives we have to stumble upon them in mid-life from strangers and youtube.

      Dane Rose I’m in the same boat, but you have to understand that these breakthroughs in neuroscience are relatively new.

      @@trishaszymanski746 Hello Trisha, I'm sorry to hear you are in the same boat. Have you read "The Body Keeps the Score?" Neuro-science is "new" but trauma and cultural responses including forgetting and suppression of trauma begin with the greeks. The paradigm is referenced in the medusan mythology.
