I know what you're talking about, it's about observation of quantum particles and relates to quantum entanglement. it's called the observer effect.
You are referencing Schrondinger's Cat. It has to due with Heisenberg's uncertainty principle and "collapse of the wavefunction" a term used in quantum mechanics. Basically, the act of observing something like an electron changes its behavior. Things are weird at that level because the "particles" actually have wave qualities associated with them.

I’m getting pretty adept at picking up on different energies. IDK if this is that normal but some of the energies kinda show up as colors to me, like Taurus energy is a light green and when readings resonate with me they show up as metallic and have a magnetism to it.
