valentina cowgirl i love u. i barrel race but i have an old back pack that i use as a ring side bag.i keep fly spray and showsheen. and i also show western pleasure and showmanship so i have hoof black and a brush but you could find uses

the only thing I would add to that is food! I bring a lot of food with me even if I'm just going to lessons, I always stay there for long periods of time so i need to eat! (even though my club has a restaurant) :)

I've recently been getting back into horses , after taking a few years break😳, and your videos inspire me so much x Having 3 horses and 2 Shetland ponies with only your mum having to do all the work, I feel so bad for her. lauren the equine lover well i usually start with going to a stair and putting the ball of my feet at the top of it at the corner before the stair ends and pushing my heels down and holding it there for a minute or so a could of times so they're warmed up and stuff then when jumping just think of keeping them down and pushing your weight into the heels
lauren the equine lover Actually you shouldn't keep your heels down. You can get tendinitis and really bad tendons issues
charlotte Arias what do you know you are not an equestrian you always ALWAYS keep your heels down when Riding ask any rider or instuctor
lauren the equine lover Well yes im an equestrian, this is an advice from Michel Robert, you should never let your heels down exessively. During the reception (omg my english is so bad im sorry) you should never ever have heels really down, but actually straight.
lauren the equine lover But apart from the reception of the jump at a certain level you should use your knees instead of your feets to "move" on your horse

What I bring to a horse show
Saddle, bridle, 2 reigns, boots, 2 girths, tall boots, spurs, 2 whimps, bucket, net for hay, helmet, 2 pairs of gloves, grooming box, “Effol superstar shine spray” to make the fur shiny, tail and mane spray (in case the tail got dirt during the ride in the trailer), extra breeches, rubbers to fix the horses mane, boots for the trailer, extra pair of stirrups, 2 white saddle pads, half pad, brush, baby wipes, leather finishing products, treats, hoof oil, extra halter, scissors, a bad for my horses passport, bag of numbers to put onto your horses bridle or saddle pad, bottles of water, notebook, period emergency kit, emergency kit in general, cooling ointment, anti bacterial ointment, package of quark (has a cooling effect, when the horses leg is inflamed and swollen), polo wraps, one way gloves, sun glasses, fly hat, “derby horselyx respiratory”, fly spray
