It looks good. I think I would have added a few posts to the center of it, just so the floor doesn't sag over time from the moisture underneath. Glad you are getting somewhere with it though
Just started watching you today the cabin that you built to stay in. If you planning on staying in that very much longer put a lock on the outside of the door at night you know what to sneak up on you unlock you in. Then they will steal all your wood.
You might call it monotonous, but I find it really interesting. I enjoy seeing how people go about building things, everyone has their own ideas and ways to solve issues.
Try a blade made for cutting plywood on your cordless saw. It makes a world of difference although switching back and forth between blades adds a little time.

These box stores have alway screwed us, Is a 2x4 and true 2x4, Nope there 1 1/2 x 3 1/2 but they charge is for a 2 x 4 go figure,, lol
