In this Vlog I am sharing what an average daily routine looks like for me as a working mum.
I am a self employed financial advisor, and have a flexible work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, trying to always ensure I'm around for my 7 year old son.
Today I am working from home and share with you my morning, lunch and teatime routine looks like when life doesn't get in the way!

Beautiful home Beck and especially like your office. Looks cozy. Being a financial planner sounds daunting to say the least but fair play to you. I know who to call when I need advice (genuinely, hopefully your channel lands you more clients!)

I'm doing the James thing, I'm on the road in my campervan. That's so true about makeup as you get older. I very rarely wear it any more, I'm more comfortable in my bare skin now. So nice that you can work from home or in the office. I always loved having a parent there for me in the house during my growing up years and Edward must be appreciative too. Your home has a very lovely sanctuary vibe, cozy and comfy...I like! Thanks for sharing.
A life on the road it sounds fab!! I'm quite envious of the freedom! Yes, mum was always home for James and I we were so lucky!! It was really important for me to do the same for Edward. X

Absolutely agree with you, mid July and it's freezing. Put my summer quilt on the bed and am thinking of changing it back to the winter one. Love your day in the life of Becky

Hello Becky, lovely vlog. The music sounds a little like Jack Johnson, really like it. I'm still trying to work out why you disguise your bed in the morning, can't decide if it's some deep psychological thing or if you are trying to confuse burglers, making them think they are downstairs lol. You seem to have a good work life balance.
It's very much like Jack Johnson probably why I liked it nice and chilled!! Disguise my bed 😂 I knownits scatter cushion overload but I love a cushion 😂😂 x

Loved that vlog Rebecca, (my daughter is called Rebecca). Thing I like about yours and James's vlogs are they the polar opposite. James's shows us life through the lense of a van lifer and you through someone who has a country life. Sorry if I didn't articulate that well, at least I know what I mean 😂

Tbh ya meantioning pensions made me think lol....im 62 an i have about 4/5 all over and really need to sort em but time just seems to have run away with itself...plus had alot going on personally last few years which certainly not helped..

Lovely home becky , when ever you down , you have to take deep breaths bob some happy music dance about , im sure your son could get him self some cereal, becky , youve got to be cruel to be kind , you know then he can cope and believe me they need to be able to do things today , your a very lucky person , hows your garden coming on , oh how your doing with coeliac diet going on , oh do you like your airfryer , x👊👍x
I love the airfryer its helping no end with prepping food now. Yes you're absolutely right we do everything for our children and it's no good for them, I'm slowly teaching Edward the basics like using the washing machine, (working on hoovering 😂😂) they need to be independent!!
I always play one of my favourite Prince songs when I'm down it gets me going, you can't beat music and dance for changing your mood can you x
@@BeckandBeyond well done Becky , I only had one child he's 40 this year , married with 7 children and a nearly blind wife and works full time , so glad I taught him bits , he was 12 when is dad died , I was ,35 years old , so learning him young was good for him , we taught him things before his dad died , Edward glad he's learning , don't know if you could have another child , but having one is hard reflects in there life when older , but your a loving mum , bless you 😘👍xxx

I'm working hard on eliminating repetitive words, but when I get rid of one I start with another 🙈🤣 I do snack quite a bit too please don't think that's all I eat I'd be much slimmer! Xx

SJP are a huge group of advisers, they have recently had bad press about excessive charges and not servicing clients however, I wouldn't say avoid them just do some due diligence on the adviser you choose, all costs should be disclosed to you before you proceed so you can shop around if youre not sure. I have 2 in this window just because of the style of window and it's wide centre bar 1 blind wouldn't have looked quite right. I'd usually look to put just 1 in standard windows. I have roman blinds in most of my windows I love them. X
Im looking into to try and start savings , it would be nice to have some money on the side for say if i wanted to have holidays , home improvments etc.. looked into cash isas savings etc.. would welcome any advice as well as listening to martin lewis ! 😂👍
I will be doing some more finance bits, but because I am an appointed representative of a big firm I have to run everything I publish by them first which is frustrating. I'm thinking of setting up a news letter which might be easier for me to discuss finance. X

Yes I probably will do a vlog like this I used to be a pilot which I have spoken about a little all my jobs have been quite varied xx

Hey we all have our quirks haha. I seem to have lots of different fragrances at the minute as I've had lots bought for Christmas but I do usually just have just the one or two, I love Gucci Rush but it's quite heavy so nice to have a lighter daytime fragrance too Xx

Longevity compound interest 45% tax payer a firm that doesn't claw back to much in costs,preferably a company like Hargreaves is the key,Cadbury 90s favourite coming back for a Ltd time top deck I'd never heard of it milk& white chocolate, I love james&Helen,but I've got to stir myself to watch their latest two Barcelona vlogs I fear the skip button could be needed 2 x 50 minutes, we aren't aren't liked anymore erm entreging lol..
