I picked up Camon 19 pro myself and to be honest, the phone isn't any upgrade to Camon 18 premier or even Camon 18P. They have the same processor and run at the same clockspeed if I'm not mistaken. Tecno seems confused and impatient but at the same time considering the stability of their previous models. They don't want their phones to have wide margins when it comes to predecessors and successors. Whoever owns Camon 18 shouldn't think of upgrading to Camon 19 because there aren't too much differences. Wise market strategy for wise users.
I own a Camon 18 Premier for one month now. It has Mem Fusion of 5 gig. The all round performance is very good. I'm expecting the android 12 update which has come to the lower Camon 18i but is yet to come to the 18 Premier.

I don't think the Tecno Camon 19 Pro is the successor to the Tecno Camon 18 Premier. It is an upgrade from the Tecno Camon 18P which is the middle variant of the previous Camon 18 Series. I wish that Tecno continued the route of the Premier with the Gimbal Ultrawide Camera as the Tecno Camon 18 Premier introduced the gimbal camera in the midrange segment which was only available previously to flagship phones particular the Vivo X50.

Truth is A52 is a boring phone, Redmi is loaded with specs at a good price, amazing camera that do amazing landscape and night shoots. Jst visit the nearest shop and compare them.

I'd pick the tecno camon 18 premier for it's better design, better display it's size, and it being generally cheaper.
Remember that Camon 18 premier contains a built-in stabilizer gymbal,which is better for video recording

Tecno Camon 19 has a factory fault of restarting on itself. My phone was barely 4 days old and it was restarting on itself.
I think Camon 18 premier is better except for the software ( android12) for just this point Camon 19 win.
Now Camon 18 premier is already upgraded to android 12,I own it 👍
