    Thank you so much. I am just trying to make cake toppers but I used foam tape which is very fiddly. I’ll give the foam a go. Also I see your glue gun has a nice fine point and doesn’t get stringy. I’d love a cordless glue gun but I haven’t been able to find one here in Australia yet.

    • @SVGNationGraphics
      @SVGNationGraphics  7 месяцев назад

      I actually went back to my hot glue gun with the cord because it heats up faster and works better. Cutting craft foam can be easier to work with instead of foam tape for round designs.

    This is great! I want to make a couple for my kids grad and birthday parties!
    Question though… does/would the hot glue melt the plastic or foam?

    Hi, I entered my name and email twice to get the free svg files and all I received was your newsletter. Which is great for ideas, but I’m not able to find the files for this anywhere. Could you help me find them?

    • @SVGNationGraphics
      @SVGNationGraphics  Год назад

      Hi! Check your spam folder and see if it went there. Since it has an attachment for the file, the emails sometimes end up there. If you don't see it there, respond back to my email that you got and let me know which file you need, and I will send it over.

    Is there sizes for this anywhere. Mine printed way to small. I am going to start over to see if I moved anything.

    • @SVGNationGraphics
      @SVGNationGraphics  Год назад +1

      Hi Jemmy! You will want to resize these according to your cake size. For a round cake, I typically make them about an inch smaller than the cake size to give you an idea of how to size them. For a rectangle cake, making it around the size of the width is a good measurement.

    can you do a video on the settings you used to cute the different materials?

    • @SVGNationGraphics
      @SVGNationGraphics  Год назад +3

      Hi Ursula! I typically do the custom settings and then select the type of paper I am using from there. For the plastic and foam I use the poster board setting.

      I don’t Lisa. But you would use the same concept, just with a different design.

    How cute. Any turning red cake topper?

    • @SVGNationGraphics
      @SVGNationGraphics  2 года назад +1

      That would be a cute one! I can’t actually link any specific character graphics on my site for you to download. But for something like this, you could use the print then cut method. Just Google and find an image you like and then use the same colors throughout the rest of the cake topper design.

      You do not need to mirror the images, only when using iron on vinyl.
