The question of why some books - some clearly from patriarchs of our faith - didn’t get into the Bible is one that has been asked and will still be asked. What was the standard behind canonizing the Bible with only 66 books? Should we even be content with just these 66 books?
When we read in Genesis that God rested on the seventh day after creation, what does it really mean? Did God take a nap? Did he relax and go lay down on a beach where he can regain all the divine strengths he burnt out during creation?
It may sound laughable but these are questions that are on the minds of many persons.
