ዳዬ በጣም የማደንቅልህ ትልቁ ስኬትህ ከስራዎችህ በላይ ልጆችህ ላይ የሰራኸው ስራ በጣም ይገርመኛል አሁን ላይ የሀገራችን ትልቁ ችግር ተተኪ ማፍራት ተረካቢ ማጣት አንተ ግን ልጆችህ ላይ በደንብ ሰርተሃል በኩራት ድርጅቱ መቀጠል እንደሚችል ከ50 አመት በኋላ ይሄ ድርጅት እዝህ መድረስ ይችላል ብለህ ለምታቅደው ስኬት በልጆችህ ሊሳካ እንደሚችል ምንም ጥርጥር አይኖርህም ምክንያቱም በደንብ ሰርተህበታል
በጣም የሚገርመኝ ትህትናቸው ሰው አክባሪነታቸው ለሰው ያላቸው ፍቅር በጣም ይደንቀኛል እንዴት እንዳሳደካቸው ደግሞ ተሞክሮህን ብትነግረን እነዝህ ልጆች አይደልም ድርጅት በጣም ብዙ ነገር መምራት ይችላሉ በደንብ እንደሰራህበት ቀርቦ ላያቸው በቀላሉ መረዳት ይችላል ረጅም እድሜ ሰጥቶ የነሱን ፍሬ ያሳይህ
ዳዬ ሌላው የሚገርመኝ ኳሊቲው በስራ ካመነብህ ሙሉ ሃላፊነት እስከነፃነቱ ሰጥቶ ነው የሚያሰራው የኔነት ስሜት እየተሰማህ በፍቅር እና በአክብሮት አስሮ የማስቀመጥ ችሎታ አለው።
የISO 15189 -2012 Laboratory quality management system ላቦራቶሪው ላይ ስንዘረጋ የተሳካ እንዲሆን ትልቅ አስተዎዕፆ ነበረው ጥራቱ የተጠበቀ ታአማኒ ውጤት ለተገልጋዮቹ መስጠት የሚችል ላቦራቶሪ ላይ ነው መስራት የምፈልገው ይሄ ደግሞ ዋጋ ያስከፍላል ለዝህ ዝግጁ ነህ ስለው የሱ ምላሽ የተቋማችን ግብ እኮ ተገልጋዮች የሚተማመኑበት ጥራቱን የጠበቀ አገልግሎት መስጠት ነው የተቋሙ ተልዖኮ ብሎ አረጋገጠልኝ ።
ከዛም ማንም ያልደፈረው በ3 ዲፓርትመንት በ27 ፖራሜትር በሀገራችን በግል ተቋማት የመጀመሪያው የማይክሮባዮሎጂ በISO 15189-2012 የእውቅና ሰርተፍኬት ያለው ጠንካራ ላቦራቶሪ እንዲሆን ማድረግ የቻለ መሪ ነው ።
በጣም የሚገርመኝ የቸገረው ሰው እሺ አይታከም ከሌለው ምን ይሁን የሚለው አመለካከቱ ይገርመኛል ።
ሀኪሞቹም ውዳሴ ዲያግኖስቲክ ሴንተር ላይ ታካሚው የመክፈል አቅም የለውም በነፃ ስሩለት ብሎ ሲጠይቅ የቸገረው ሰው መታክም እንደሚችል በደንብ ተማምነው ሲጠይቁ ተቋሙ ላይ ያሳደሩት እምነት ይገርመኛል ።
ለማንኛውም ብዙ ነገር ተምራለው በዝህ አጭር ቆይታዬ ካንተ ዳዬ።
