That there is very little co-ordination between the Army, air force and navy and that joint manoeuvres are pre-choreographed with no room for a change of tactics during them?
Unlike NATO where each commander is able to change tactics at will.

American behaviour does not make China's Uyghurs genocide acceptable.

I have devoted most of my spare time throughout my life studying Han ancient History. China is an exceptional region with much to offer the world and much to gain from it.
Sadly China has run into a major economic dead end. The demographics are that there are too many elderly people and too few workers. This is a common issue for highly developed economies. China is the first country to hit this issue before passing the 'middle income trap.' She could alleviate the issue by freeing up those vast numbers of working age people currently locked up in the army she uses to oppress her own people. This won't be enough though, but it will buy some time. The only way China will ever be able to resolve the massive levels of poverty for most of her citizens is to work closely with other developed nations as partners. China's isolationism is killing it.
Respectfully I suggest you do quite a bit more reading. There are many in the 'West' who respect and like China and obsessing about the Americans and posturing as non-aggressive when clearly expansionist and dreadfully repressive, will get China and yourself nowhere.
