Mark is my Hero. No hate (although the others deserve it) ,lots of positivity, spiritual, and one hell of a great singer and guitarist, and one heck of a fine family man after going through the wringer of life as a rocker. I bought the Red album by GF and it inspired me to the point I was in 4 rock groups as a bassman and backup singer and got to sing lead on "Inside Looking Out" at 2 Ohio gigs in one weekend. Our groups were from the LaPorte, Indiana area . Thanks for the great interview. Peace & Love. Rory
he has a red colored high neck tshirt under his open shirt....come on...it does look like he has a muscle shirt but it is just a colored high neck tshirt.
Apparently Zappa did not die of liver failure as Farner said, and I don't think drinking too much coffee can cause sclerosis of the liver (it definitely does not help your liver though), but Zappa died of prostrate cancer, likely brought on from smoking. He was only 53.
It’s funny how he liked Marvin gay when Marvin wrote what’s going on and wanted to record it he had a couple guys go downtown Detroit to a couple clubs looking for funkbrother James jamerson to do bass tracks but he was drunk and couldn’t standup but he could play but laying down surprising everyone
Mark Farner is my Captain.....
I interviewed Mark in Austin, Texas in 1987. He's a credit to rock and roll and should be in the Rock And Roll HOF.
He's not in the RRHOF cos he's not an ass licker.
Gotta love Mark. A real rock n roller.

My man's so handsome just look at him
Markus! I feel like he's my older brother and I've known him all my life! Grand Funk inspired me to play bass.
No don't call him that
what a down to earth dude. he got a bad deal from managers and former bandmates. ripped off.
Big time!! He’s as genuine a human being as you would ever want to know though I have never met the man. GFR should be in HOF!
Burton Cummings: "Most Of Those Guess Who Songs Are All My Songs." LOL...LOL...LOL...LOL...LOL...
Mark always takes the high road. Everyone knows what happened.
Mark was Grand Funk

Is Farner Native American? He is an amazing artist.
Zappa was an anti-gun guy before Farner showed him the light.
interviewer talks more than mark
Button your shirt Mark, your not twenty brother but you still rock hard.
