I'm not a doctor but this one video could help people detoxing from things. It's wholesome, non habit forming, no bad side effects, and will give you a flood of endorphins for hours if that's what you need.
Before your explanation, I thought you meant physical detox. Thank you for clarifying. Please let me suggest what my experiments have revealed. ASMR seems to act as a stimulant as well as a "reward" in the brain. This effectively means that if you are tired, it can push the brain to use its resources past a threshold to begin shutting down from exhaustion while the pleasant rewarding sensation reduces stress born from insufficient fulfillment. What this means is that it is more useful as a therapy tool than a sleeping aid. Consider some belief, skill, or attitude that takes even a little effort for you to believe or stay focused on. While mentally engaged with it, play ASMR. It works with suggestions similar to hypnotic suggestions. If someone states something in writing or aloud, and you move on with that suggestion in your mind while listening to ASMR, the reward your brain gets will aid in your focus and in convincing you of the suggestion. English doesn't have correct terminology for psychological functions, so I dare not assume you understand this perfectly, but with experimentation you will experience it for yourself.

PS - I do stand with my weight mainly evenly distributed thinking about it, sometimes transferring weight for relief from time to time. But I do 😮avoid queueing wherever possible❕xx

You do such wonders with ASMR, Gibi, and I've seen some of your cosplay as well. Bearing all that, I have a rather odd compliment/statement. In my personal opinion, I could easily see you playing the next Princess Diana of Themyscira (Wonder Woman), opposite David Corenswet (Superman) in the new DC Universe Justice League. I can see you taking the "mantle" and filling Gal Gadot's boots. You ought to try cosplaying Wonder Woman sometime, just for the reaction. Food for thought. You're extremely talented.

I love the video and all the different items and love the talking too. A lot of the tapping is just too fast for me, I can feel my anxiety building more with fast tapping. I kept waking up unfortunately. But great video for day time.
