The main cause of blasting in Air conditioners are .
1. Low quality units
2. Non .professional Technicians
3. Missing Safety walls
4. Over usage without stop or delay units in extremely humidity hot weather ..Compressor should be overheated and later casue of blasting...
I am using Haier 1 Ton split AC with R32 gas. The main issue I am facing is the low grade inner cooling coil which is leaking very early which is within 2 years because of less copper in pipes and higher running pressure 130 PSI of R32 (R410 is a bit less) compare to R22 60-70 PSI. When I visited the market to buy a new coil as it leaked from the center pipe which cannot be welded I saw almost every technician buying Haier coil. The price from Rs 11000 went up to 24000 so I did not buy.
You have to turn off AC first and the area should be ventilated without any open flame.
Daikin launched the world's first residential use AC using R-32 refringent.
As per Daikin,
R-32 is the most balanced refrigent in terms of environmental impact, energy efficiency, safety and cost-effectiveness.
I think haier or other companies who are selling such cheap product should be fined and judicial inquiry should be initiated including experts.

In my opinion, an odour must be added to R32 gas so when there is leakage people should know like sui gas. Moreover, a color could be added into the gas which would form a colorful cloud during leakage and people would be able to see

the problem is the oxygen traped inside the compressor line ,,,when the compression starts the gas temperature rise and become combustible which leads to fire blast due to oxygen,,,,so need to vacuumed oxygen from the lines during AC installation

Yes there is problem with Quality of products but suppose if very good quality material is there in AC still we can't eliminate the hazard of this gas in AC. the problem is that R32 making explosive atmosphere with air at very low concentration which is very ideal in Ac case ( likely hood of gas leakage + Air Generation through Ac Fan + confined space because doors & windows closed is requirements of Ac cooling) so these all things are perfect scenario for explosion thats why we need to think about R32 use in Residential buildings cause we don't have any warning system /critical safety equipment like commercial projects i.e factories/hydrocarbons plants etc

R32 gas import should be banned at govt. Level.
He has sensationalized the issue. Unfortunately never sought advice from an expert of HVAC. R 32 is globally accepted and ASHRAE classification is already available. Shameful act by a person who only exploited the issue.
But sir it is flammable as compared to r410A. only advantage is that it's GWP is very less and is more energy efficient
@@ibrahimmir3801 what difference it makes as flammability is mild. Not what is being propagated. Plus in future R 22 & 410a will not be readily available. R 32 is efficient and globally used.

I think the the material used in making condensor & U band of AC is not good, after using some time its start leakage slowly which leads to accident. Secondly our technicians do not check properly why the gas leaked. They just refill the gas to earn. Once my AC leaked gas I called my technician to check, and after checking he advice me to change the inner coil, because the inner coil becomes too weak, and refuse to weld the leakage hole, as he also said if he weld the leakage hole, the gas will leak again from any other point.

R 32 or R 600 both dengrús or highly inflemble . 80% company's r using this gas Why ? It's cheap.
Companies using R32 should install leak detection, so when there is leak in gas, it should turn off A/c, and there should be inspection on companies' manufacture Quality audit. But our country after implementing it, will start Rishwat and even more paisa phaink aur tamasha daikh.

آجکل جو Ac کے لیے جو پائپ استعمال ہوتا ہے. جو انڈور اور آوٹ ڈور کو ملاتا ہے. وہ پہلے کاپر کا استعمال ہوتا تھا. لیکن کاپر پائپ مہنگا ہونے کی وجہ سے اب سلور پائپ استعمال ہو رہا ہے. جو ناپائدار ہے. اور اور پرانا ہونے پر خراب ہو جاتا ہے.
