Good morning. Today was my first work out with you. It was great. I just finished my fist challenge through another program. It was not bad cause it lead me into searching for something more, not sure what that is. I think I may have found it. I am new this but not new to working out, but getting older and starting again. I realize that I have to do thing different. My tight and ailing joints.( I am far from 20 years old😁) did not allow me to do what I was doing 20 years ago. I like what I did today and I am looking forward to more from you. Thank you.

Oh, I love this flow so very much! I was surprised at how stiff I am 😅 but instead of judging myself and letting it get me down, I’m choosing to just observe it. Observation leads me to realize; that I just need to do this every day, (and the one for upper body flow, that I’m hoping you have, or is coming 🤞) and then my mobility will improve over time again. I used to be a true yogi 🧘♀️ I miss her. That means it’s time to embody her again! Thank you again for the inspo! I’m a definite fan of your beautiful vibes!!! 🤍 Namaste 🙏

I loved this reflection so so much! What’s sometimes difficult for me to digest is when people limit themselves based on where they are and they don’t even try. They get in a deeper hole instead of trusting the process. Mobility and flexibility takes time but consistency will get you there. Imagine if you don’t do the work? You’ll become stiffer and in more pain! I’m proud of you!
This was soooooo good. I highly appreciate the movement but most importantly the fact that we stayed 1-2 mins in one pose. I just felt the stretch even more. This was fantastic! ❤
@ planning to give it a go tomorrow. I actually discovered you through Shorts during the weekend and checked out your channel this morning and saw this video and thought it’d be a really good cool down after my workout today. It did NOT disappoint. 🥰

Im 39 and stand up 10 hours at a factory and sometime we stand in one spot and dont get to walk much depending on the job. I can barely bend my legs to get down the little steps to leave at end of day
Most of you won’t have the mobility I have, that’s why we are doing what we are doing here. Just be patient. Let’s do the work, I was right there where you are now.
Your movement won’t look the same as mine. Slowly you will get there. Just listen to the cues I’m giving you. Stick with it. If you did last week’s flow then these movements should be easier. If you haven’t, Go to the first video
