    Who else here secretly wants Ben to power wash the alley? I know - it’s way too much, but how about the stairs?

    • @bman5438

      At least power wash the stairs, because they may be quite slippery when wet during or after a rain.

    • @maury0009
      @maury0009 4 месяца назад +21

      I believe they haven't power-washed the stairs and the remainder of the alley due to time constraints. As evident towards the end, the father is seen checking his mobile, perhaps indicating that they had additional calls and tasks to attend to.

      Legal problems, if someone fell then the council would go after Ben, the council would have to contract Ben to do that to cover any claims. Plus looking at recent weather any water would freeze and be lethal.

      That needs the residents to get a petition to the local council. One flood light at each end would be a big difference. More would be better but sometimes asking for less will get you something rather than nothing

    Greetings Ben and daddy, I have a vivid memory of the first time I watched Ghostbusters and how badly I wished I had their powers. However, seeing you both tackle the overgrown trees, plants, and grass has given me a new perspective. You are the true Ghostbusters in real life, an incredible duo that words can hardly describe. Your invaluable work is truly inspiring, and I send you my best wishes all the way from Turkey 🇹🇷.

    Surely the council should maintain that alley as well as light it. Councils are professionals at passing off ownership to others. You’re a good guy helping others like you do.

      The overgrown greenery comes out of a private property. The owners should maintain the greenery. Nothing to do with the council

      I was thinking the exact same thing I get it's a hazard but as you mentioned that's overgrown foliage from a private garden. More tax payers monet being squandered when this should be sorted by the home owner the bill forwarded to the land owner. But nice job Ben & Dad. I had the pleasure of working with my dad and grandfather for ten years through our family business before they were both taken close together. Make every second count, even when your at each others throat, as all families do lol. It's lovely to see.

    Ben: Both you and your Dad are legends. That was a lot of greenery you removed. I thought that the local Council would be responsible for cleaning up that laneway: REASON: The laneway is Council property.
