I remember my grandma used to take out the pulp of Ritha and we use to use it as natural hair cleanser. As children we were attracted by the colourful packaging and fragnance of the shampoo brands but we all have to agree that grandmothers' herbal recipes for hair and skin always act as magic potion.

When I experienced hairfall, I followed all the following to effectively reduce it:
Incorporate massage for your scalp into your routine.
Don’t use very hot water when rinsing your hair.
Protect your hair from too much sweat.
Use a wide-toothed neem wood comb to detangle wet hair.
Cut down on your sugar and junk food consumption.
Use gentle hairfall control shampoo and oil like Littleeextra coccconion.
Nurture a positive mindset for general well-being.
It actually helped. The hair fall reduced with Cocoonioon shampoo of littllexttra.

my mom used this home made shampoo in my childhood : broken coconut pieces that are soaked in hot water and added hibiscus leaves( that are grinded in a mixer ) and added methi powder (grinded as it is) and still asks me to use it but I refused and ran after these well known brands... after seeing this video I'm running back to my mom 🤕😭

We can also use soap bars specifically made for hair wash. Since they're solid they do not require SLS & other harmful preservatives to keep them from spoiling. The only issue that arises out of using soap bars is accumulation of soap scum on the scalp which can be easily removed by using vinegar once in 15 days to keep the scalp healthy & hair shiny.

Khadi is basically the cheaper version of other 2 (since they are hard to afford for a middle class Indian). Their products are quite expensive.
@@bharatijaiswal427 Khadi products are pretty good though. I have tried their facewashes and moisturizers. Their moisturizers are the best one i have used (untill i had to switch to non comedogenic ones bcz of some skin problems).
It's as simple as that -"CHOOSE EVERYTHING AS PER YOUR HAIR AND SKIN TYPE"
The problem is that good products aren't available easily in market and are expensive

Khadi is not too expensive, not so cheap, infact when you compare it with other brands, it's more budget friendly, they mostly provide 210 ml bottle, which you can get at the cost of the 100 ml of any other brand. These products doesn't show any miraculous results, but ones you use it regularly, you will notice the result. Firstly it will repair your skin and bring it back to normal state( since our skin got addicted of chemical, coz of using chemical based products) one's your skin repairs, after that you will get additional benifits. I also used many good brands which claims to give some miraculous results, but they only add a layer of harmful chemicals on my skin. Just give it a try... Also plz buy only from khadi naturals website so that u won't get fake products

Hello. Please guide whether it is safe to use Khadi natural product because I see in ingredients, sodium laureth sulphate has mentioned which you said is not a good one.

I don't use shampoo,instead I prefer my traditional method:hibiscus flowers and leaf with aloe Vera gel(from garden),make it into paste apply as natural shampoo.

I have been using headnsholder daily for more than 10 years. I haven't found any problem causing hair falling or anything. But my natural immunity to resist dandruff have gone, if i don't use for 3 days my head starts to itching. Its like drug to me.

I have tried the kadhi bandhar shampoos as suggested by the speaker. In fact I have bought 7 different varieties in kadhi bandhar shampoos. Good thing is the hair fall decreased massively but the downside is that the shampoos are very drying and leaves the hair fizzy, dry and unkempt

You need to oil your hair prior to using shampoo and just use it mildly moreover you can switch to reetha, hibiscus and shikakai for healthy scalp.
@@darshanapanwar7 Ayurvedic shampoos usually have a tendency to fry the hair after hair wash. Your suggestion of applying oil to hair is good but it only works for people with thick hair. My hair is thin compared to normal Indian standards which is why none of these work for me. Oiling before hair wash makes my scalp greasy within one day of hair wash.
