Anyway, I remember when I was little, my older brother putting a sheet over his head and chasing me around the house, going "Wooooooo" because of the banshee. I ran into the closet, shut the door, he knocked and said "telegram"... and when I opened the door, he went right back into "wooooo!". We laughed a lot over that. Just thought I'd share that!
It was definitely one worth watching. I've had it on the list for a long while to watch because it was a favorite of my parents and very glad I took the time to check it out. Thanks for the story. lol When you said "telegram" it reminded me of that SNL sketch for the 70's with Chevy Chase.
This was a childhood fave in the era of Sat afternoon matinees at the theater in the summers "oh she is my dear, my darling one, my darling irish girl...."
