But the red kryptonite wore off and I think she gives a dimension of cuteness and livelyness to supergirl that we have never got to see in the movie which was kind of sterile in her "human side", she was like the nun that could never come out as the person that she was. There's more stuff you can relate to in present day supergirl, and the whole prude Linda Lee stuff from the past is gone so that's good. Melissa guides us well into these more nuanced off time drama /fun times of Supergirl
