Bedankt!
Ventilator(tje). Gerard
I believe those run soft cells inside the machine. First job with the welder I figured should be to build a better battery with the unit for itself .my plan anyways when I get it in.😊
Don't press to hard The strip have to touch the battery that's all the pressure you need to apply above that you lower the resistance Practice with 2 strips on a piece of wood the wood should not burn
Vamos ver futuramente. Obrigado pelo aviso.
Depends on how much current the batteries need to supply! For lighting purposes (low current needed) 0.10 is sufficient. For applications where high currents may flow (e.g. jumpstarters for cars but also ebike batteries) the thicker the better! Then the capacity of the spot welder comes into play. With the KKMoon don’t try thicker than 0.20 mm. A larger strip 10 mm in stead of 8 or doubling the strips will help too! Gerard
Wow that's scary, I just bought this machine. Btw, for metal plated nickel sheets (0.15mm), which level setting would you recommend for 18650 cells? 7 or 8 perhaps?
Not bad: Thanks Oldtimer. It is true what they say: "They don't make them like they used to"

Very informative, thanks for you uploads on spotwelding. I'm curious how the kkmoon has lasted after your repairs. Do you still use it?
Thanks
Yes. It is working correctly now. But I would have bought a non-Chinese welder now despite the fact that they are twice as expensive.
its made in China what did you expect... nice rescue and fix for this as it should of been from the factory
what size thickness of nickel stript is suitable for 18650 batteries

Yes 👍
Mooi gedaan 👍
Some seem to work just depends who put it together..Mine is a paper weight/
very informative, tks
very late for me and already buy one of these
