Dang when you were at Bonjour Brioche, you were about 100 metres from Torontos best croissant on Logan at Queen called The Brick Street Bakery. Also has a Craig’s Cookies right next door.
So many great bakeries in the city! TAnd at Toronto prices. The filled croissants are usually a bit thinner; you can't compare them to grocery stores. I think the dry croissant may have been baked too long.

They are amazing. They had a small outlet in FCP concourse food court.

croissants are supposed to be flakey tho… and light with lots of layers and bubbles inside if done right then would be super buttery….
