- Aslam Alaikum!! In this video, I have shown the original recipe of malai boti that is made in restaurants of all over Pakistan and India.
You can also cook this recipe in gas oven.

Such a clean minded and sincere with humanity never seen good prson like you
1kg chicken, mix with salt and viniger then wash with water and drain excess water, then add 250g yogart, 20gm of ground garlic , 50gm ground chillies , salt 14gm, white pepper 6gm, half tbs or 4gm coriander, half tbs cumin, 1tbs or 10gm dry milk powder, 100ml of cream.
U r a genuine chef n knows the art of cooking very well, lv frm India, zabardast lajvaab, behtreen, sahi khaanay valay hi iski smajh rkhtay hn...

Tried this recipe yesterday and my guests were amazed on how soft the chicken was. Made it for barbeque . Was worried when the moisture released was becoming frothy but eventually it all worked well.

Malai boti lahore men thigh se bnai jati hai jesy k kafi bhaio ny comment kia hai. You can use what ever chicken you have. Hope this will reduce the confusion. Jazak Allah

Assalamoalaikum Chef Afzal. Your recepies are excellent Masha'Allah. I have a question chef, I live in Canada can't do BBQ inside the house in winter. Can we do in the oven .. can you plz guide me.

Dear you can have an electric BBQ and for the smell of BBQ you can put a burning coal in a pan put your malai boti in and cover for 5 to 10 minutes .... and it’s done !

In the video description he has said you can cook it in oven. We baked in oven the other day. Then gave smoke of coal
