As you do i also keep shallots, onions garlic skinned. Keep vegetables ready to make thoran or mazhukupuratti. For curries i will cook vegetables and keep in containers into fridge. When we need only take it outside and add grinded coconut & sasonings. If we do like this we can save time & at the same time use it fresh without spoiling. We should not spoil or waste any eatable in our daily life. Use maximum without wasting.From us our children learn through observation. I don’t have that much hectic work.. I love my work and I don’t feel lot tired in most of the days. My husband doesn’t know how to cook and he is not interested.. But he helps in each and every other thing at home.. there’s a lot to do in a home other than cooking. I feel cooking is the easiest of all.

How do you manage to do all these? I can’t believe it. After a long day of work I cannot do anything. My husband does cooking when I am at work 😀
I don’t have that much hectic work.. I love my work and I don’t feel lot tired in most of the days. My husband doesn’t know how to cook and he is not interested.. But he helps in each and every other thing at home.. there’s a lot to do in a home other than cooking. I feel cooking is the easiest of all.
