That's because they're a person who knows how to draw and knows how to use the program in the correct way. The majority of flipaclips animations you see are "meh" because they're made by younger kids, people who don't have much experience at drawing, or people who don't know how to use the program properly (no offense to these people, of course they do their best and they're going to get better and better, as good at this animator!)

Alright I have only seen this meme, I’m going to try and figure it out: the green eyed lion was a ruler, sibling or just a regular can mate and yellow eyes killed them. Taking over and the tree with the picture that’s on the lions shoulders represents the pride so when the lion puts their paw over it and leaves a blood stained paw print, it represents how the clan has become murderus and lost everything that was once good about them.

As well as the somewhat random Chinese dragon based Foxen, random otter, couple cats, bat cat, rabbit, random bat cat hybrid, normal fox, and occasionally a few other types of OCs. Im just learning to draw digitally. I hope I do well enough to someday get as good as you.
