Yea that's do able for some players. Only thing you woild of paid is gems for extra runs to earn the vehicle duting the event. Then 'only' had to race cups, gem alot of chests, hope for luck getting raider parts, and then have extra scrap to upgrade them 😂
I myself succumbed to FS and bought the vehicle on the first day. Used scrap for some to get high level. Have all parts except nitro, coin boost, and spoiler
MY wheelie boost is so broken on my tractor. I don't know.. maybe some a plastic bag or some foreign part are blocking my wheelie boost exhaust. It will simply not trigger wheelie boost as often all the cool kids tractor are able. Gonna give it a few more races, but otherwise i will part ways with it..

Its unfortunate FS is pay to play now. Ive opened at least 100 chest since i got raider and still missing all epic and legendary parts. They simply wont provide parts for it. Greedy . Out of touch with their audience who plays game. Only cater to cc people and people who spend money.
It does feel like it's pay to play right now, but I will say that I've always been F2P and I just got 29K on this event. If you save your gems for these events it's easy to have plenty. There is a trick where you wheelie the tractor underwater that makes getting the 4th part pretty quick.
Yes, you can do it. I had nitro/wings/thrusters. I didn't use my nitro until I was over the first hills, almost to the gas can. I have 0 masteries for the chopper.
