Solid list. Were overlapped about 60%. Even though I am (much) older than you, I’ve become more dividend growth oriented as I’ve progressed through time.
But my question is what stocks can be the next APPL in terms of growth for the next decade? I've set asides 500k to invest and my goal is to retire comfortably rich.
finding it more productive and safe to buy growth/ blue-chip stocks rather than tech stocks. It's advisable to work with a fiduciary advisor for well-diversified portfolios instead of relying solely on speculations.
Agreed, After taking charge of my portfolio in early 2017, i stumbled into losses. Upon realizing that a change was necessary, I consulted a fiduciary advisor in 2020 and since then my 1.2m portfolio has gained 28% annually through restructuring and diversification using dividend equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and REITs.
I Find quality stocks that have long term potential, and ride with those stocks. I have found it takes someone who is very familiar with the market to make such good picks.
I started investing on my own, but I lost a lot of money. I was able to pull out about 200,578 after the 2020 crash. I invested the money using an analyst, and in seven months, I raked in almost 673,000
Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Good list, I already own a few of these companies. NEE, CVX & CAT has been on my watchlist for awhile now and I'll likely start positions with them in the very near future.
MSFT is too expensive, I would rather pick META, instead of NEE I would pick NEP for more immediate cash flow, instead of KO , I would pick PEP, more diversification and growth. No CAT for me, I would pick BIP. Otherwise I agree with the rest.
Be aware that while amazing companies (mostly), they may not be a BUY now. Giving you below market returns (at least short term). Thanks for the video :)
I’ve owned Visa for years. I think i’m up about 60% total. I got a bunch more when it started to dip a couple years back and I scaled in whatever cash i had left as it kept going down when RSI was < 30. I saw google started offering a dividend but I only have 5 shares so I’ll get a whole dollar. Yipee!
Very nice work, I would replace abbvie with Sanofi and home depot with costco and or walmart. I think Comcast is at a good entry point with a nice dividend. I have most of the symbols as my top ten already. I sold alphabet too soon and I am considering taking a position for the long term. Thanks!
Nicely done. I own most of them except HD (I own COST instead and a lot of AMZN) and KO. Personally I prefer companies that don't bother with paying dividends, but are solid performers. BRK.B comes to my mind.
Some solid stocks to build out a portfolio Currently hold MSFT, V, CVX on your list and hold the rest indirectly through ETFs. I also hold some other dividend stocks like COST and AXP that have performed very well for me. The bulk of my individual stock portfolio is centered on growth stocks currently though I have been shifting to dividend focused.
AMZN is so undervalued -it is a 205.00 stock . I agree with ABBV ,MSFT . Too much emphasis on consumer stocks (V,HD) consumer debt is rising , I would focus on energy with great dividends -NEE and CTRA and CVX
ABBV, PLD and NEE have been diluting shares over the past several years. I don't know why they increase their dividend yet issue more shares. The other seven companies are great, though. I prefer AMGN instead of ABBV because of their dividend growth AND share buybacks.
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Michelle Stewart.
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families in United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
This is supposed to be a dividend portfolio, and you would put there companies that pay less than 1% dividend per share? Sure, they can grow and increase dividends every year, but if you start with less than 1%, then it is way too little.

That's a nice gain! How did you find a good one

Gotta love ABBV. They have made some solid moves to fill the pipeline.
One of my longest held positions. Thanks for watching
One of your best videos!
This is a real interesting topic.
Thank you!

Great video... An honest, open, personal investment story. With ups and downs and a lesson to stay consistent. Great job 👍🏾

What are some good monthly dividend stocks. I’m currently holding YieldMax ETFs for Tesla and NVIDIA
JEPQ, PSEC
Thanks! MSFT, ABBV, V, Google, HD, CAT, PLD, NE , KO , CVX
Are these good to do Wheel Strategy?
The faster moving ones yes. We will be doing an Options Workshop tomorrow. go.roussinfinancial.com/options-workshop
KO and ABBV are firm pillars in my portfolio
Aflac is another underestimated stock. Has been great for me over the past 5 years
I've been looking at Aflac too

combo investing here. In the mkt now and awaiting a dip or crash. and $ cost Avging.
Mark, what would be your top 5 stocks and 5 ETF’s to pair together, that give good diversification?
Good list. With only 10 stocks, there will always be some great companies left out. For example, I'd also include PEP, WMT, UNH and PG. 7:59

Why CVX over XOM?
You could really go either way which is why I invest in the XLE, I get BOTH
@@MarkRoussinCPA Thanks
I have my own ETF ... these are a decent 10 as well, most I hold

You trade with Michelle Stewart too? Wow that woman has been a blessing to me and my family.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I was skeptical at first till I decided to try. Its huge returns is awesome. I can't say much
Are these picks good for someone in their 30s?
I own a good number of them myself and I’m in my later 30s
Add XOM , DUK
Ok. I need to open a custodial account for my child how and what the best way to do it.
The Growth stocks in the program above would be a good start.

In my 50's have a 401k at work, but starting out late in the market on my own. Since im so near retirement I feel a ETF may suit me better.
You mentioned very good companies, but I like some of the dividend kings and aristocrats in Canada because they have better value.
I have looked at some of those but I was unsure of whether to buy any or not. It sounds like maybe they have worked out well for you?
Lol fake news
I've looked at the track records for Canadian companies. Many of them have decades of increasing and paying dividends.@@summernights62
Microsoft is too expensive and pays poor dividends. Wrong choice right now.
Why you always talking about same companies?
