- My new video is a tribute to the Nordic Five using the song Immortals by Fall Out Boy. (I freaking love the Nordics, Denmark is my fave ^^) I don't own any of the pictures, I got them all off of Tumblr, Pinterest, and Zerochan. I don't own the song, all rights of the song go to Fall Out Boy and Disney. Enjoy my new video, also thanks for the 93 subscribers! :D

Things that got me in this song: Denmark standing in front of the others obviously wounded with the words; Guard dog, And the shipping moment when Sweden is holding Finland when they sleep; Of all your favorite things ( xD ) , That one picture with the lyrics; I try to picture me without you but I cant; And Denmark gradually losing everyone.

What's with all the sad fanarts about Denmark? ''We're best buddies, right?'' :'( I've always thought that the Denmark character was a bit odd. I just thought he seemed like a nordic version of America. Slightly less famous and less selfish, I'd say, but just as loud. But after seeing some fanart, I've realised a different side to his character. That he, even though he was kind of a jerk to the other nordics and a bad roommate, was really just trying to help. He has the best intentions in mind and might just be a little awkward. Denmark is the happiest country in the world, but the fact that there is no actual law that states when you can drink (only when you can buy alcohol at 16) also makes it the country with the highest percentage of drinking teens (that's what I've heard.) So maybe the drinking is meant to be a coping mechanism for the character? He just seem so sad all of a sudden, cous all the other countries just tell him to shut up, even when he's trying to cheer them up... Or maybe I'm just thinking too much. I guess I'm sort of biased.
nah... you aren't biased. I see it the same way. Hetalia is really open to speculation after all.

Well, if you look at almost every nordic fanon stuff i assure you that everything would be 98% more angsty than a normal hetalia fanon stuff, idk why happens, but happens A LOT, for some reason all the fans love make a big drama over the nordics and all their oh so angsty (and badass) stuff. The 2% remaining are the memes of and about Iceland (that are hilarious by the way)

I feel bad for Denmark because, all he does is try to make his fellow Nordica happy! (especially Norway in the Dano swedish war) But they kind of. Put him down in a sense. I think he is acting at times he's happy because his fellow nordics don't, see him as a good friend.

uh...you mean Denmark? And it's part of a mini comic I read where he keeps saying "we're best buds right?" in the comic there's actually five more panels where he goes to the other four Nordics and says that line and they say "no" then the next panel they say "we're brothers." It broke my heart at first to till I actually found the comic.

Ha, that is funny. I live in Norway, and I'm often told I look like I should be from Romania or Hungary (I think it is mostly because I have dark hair). Finnish is a very beautiful language, and my friend Kervsa is from Finland, so she speaks fluently. I speak German, but I would love to be able to travel there one day. So far, I've gone to the Nordic countries (excluding Iceland, but I'm going this winter to see the auroras! I'm so excited!) most of the United Kingdom, and America.

You're living the dream, I've traveled out of the USA to Canada and Mexico a couple times (I'm 16) but it's my dream to travel to as many countries as I can, when I get the opportunity I'd love to travel to Europe and check out all of those countries
shy98lynn I know it was really a dream. I wont travel so much anymore. My familiy isn't rich, we only were able to do this because of my mothers job at a travel agency, which is specialized on cruises. Now she's working at a agency for bus trips...I really want to visit the USA someday and Mexico too, since I learnt Spanish for 3 years.And to my " I have friends who never left Germany...that's sad" I want to add: the Netherlands are only 25km from our town away, they could go there easily even without much money! Thats why I think it's sad. ^^'
