Thank you Sir..I am syed from UP, my wife had filed 498a, DP act 3/4, Triple talaq, 504, 506,323...01) UP police detained me from Gurugram Haryana from my office without providing 41 a notice with check list as prescribed by SC in the case of Arunesh Kumar v/s State of bihar...02) nor taking permission to DSP regarding arrest...03) took 20000/- cash at the time of arrest...i have also filed RTI regarding this but could not find the suitable answer...I have also asked in RTI to provide me Streedhan list as per DP act sec 2 but the failed to provide bills of clamed material and stridhan list.....Triple talaq is not valid talaq in shia islam ...i am shia muslim and it is mentioned in muslim marriage act that shia school not recognized the valadity of talaqul biddet ....no MLC report has been submited .....kindly suggest that above mentioned grounds are sufficent fo file WRIT........against IO and SP
