There are two approaches in case of edentulous workflow. First one is Denture workflow when you still need denture or Wax Rim, etc. with radiographic markers over that to scan and align them with bone scan. the second one is to use bone supported workflow when you will take only bone scan and place your surgical guide over bone level.
This was a demo case so we do not have the radioopaque coating material used or know of what do use. However, you should be able to get this information from your CBCT scanner manufacturer.
Hi, the sleeves prevent the drill from possibly cutting through the guide material and changing the angle of the implant. They also make sure the drill will fit through the hole. The sleeves give a much more uniform tolerance than the printed part. Essentially, the fit will stay the same regardless of the printer that makes the guide.

Amazing video thanks
HI, thank you for the amazing content. Wanted to know if we could use a denture scan with markers on them instead of the denture CT scan? Thank you.
You're welcome! Unfortunately, in 3Shape's dual scan workflow the denture scan must be a CT scan.
Здравствуйте, у вас есть обучающее видео где моделируют все зубы челюсти и сразу нагружают временными зубами?
What if patient is not using denture ? do we have to make a denture first for making surgical guide of edentulous patient ?
