Yeah personally Dreamworks has some of the best films under their belt-you never really know what to expect when you go into a Dreamworks movie, and that’s what I like about them. They’re not afraid to be different, be their own thing. (Usually)

HTTYD 1 is and will always be my all time favorite movie. I can relate to it so much. Bullied by nearly everyone including people supposed to be family, a distant father, finding solace and a reason to fight on in a single friend... That one was amazing.
Yeah, HTTYD1 is somehow so extremely powerful. So much love, so much mystery, so much pain. There's the little extra about it that just makes it never get old. I must've watched it around 60 times already, and I don't plan to stop either.
I feel Dreamworks is really underrated... they have honestly had some of the best films, a majority of their films are masterpieces. Thank you for including some underrated films of Dreamworks, like Rise of The Guardians, Kung Fu Panda, etc.
Finally someone who actually brings up Dreamworks beauty. They have so much great movies/ storys nobody appreciate. Thank you for this 💜

While Pixar has this perfection to how it resonates with people, DreamWorks has this humorous, dorky, loser way of telling a really good message.
I love a lot of their movies b'coz... I guess their a lot like me.
HTTYD will forever be my favourite movie franchise.
You made me want to watch all of the films again right now. I watched Megamind and How to Train Your Dragon today XD they were both made from Dreamworks.

This was exellent. Dreamworks is one of the only compinese ik that can make each movie in a movie franchise better then the last for example like HTTYD, Kung Fu Panda,Madagascar and Shrek
DreamWork deserve SO MUCH MORE respect for the work they create at this studio. It's overshadowed by Disney which is not fair at all because, for me, DW makes true art while Disney stopped doing that a long ago. And funny thing, as a kid(and now too) I always prefered Spirt over Lion King (kids at school were mad, let me tell you xD)
I AGREE. Plus Disney takes some of the designs from Dreamworks and Disney gets credit for it. Dreamworks has the most incredible movies and Disney is the only one that gets credit for beautiful movies. I’ve seen Disney get credit for Dreamworks movies too. It’s upsetting

Karolina Ujek i agrée. Something I love about Dreamworks is they can show that a movie can be a great movie and you don’t have to have a ton of Romance. Rise of the Guardians is a great example for that

I absolutely love dream works!! I remember that in my childhood I watched dreamworks nonstop. I loved it and I still do now. Dream works has made more things that I love than Disney ever had. Lately Disney has been destroying my child hood with the lion king remake and now with the news of Mulan ( which I will not say for others that don’t know). Dream works has always given me hope and happiness in dark times and it still does and I hope that it keeps on giving, keep up the great and amazing dream works cause I will always believe in you

Dream works is always able to move my heart to tears. It was truly essential to my childhood growth. I will never stop watching movies made for “kids.”
I have ADHD, Dyslexia, and a memory problem, the doctors call these “problems” but they don’t see the future. They didn’t know that because of my ADHD I had to develop a focus better than most people, they didn’t know that thanks to my dyslexia and memory problem I had to develop a better work ethic than most. They said I likely wouldn’t make it to college because of these problems and yet their the very things that not only created the focus and work ethic that got me to college but made me an honors student as well.
For every darkness in this world there is a light.
Please remember that.

Can we all agree that “Rise of The Guardians” was one of the most underrated masterpieces of all time. Honestly, if it were made into a series I could see it being a huge success just like “How To Train Your Dragon”

dang. how to train your dragon was my childhood. i still cry when i watch the third one. every one of those quotes from hiccup, stoick, or valka hit me right in the feels. beautiful though, thank you so much
What i like the most about dreamworks is the fact that they don't worry only about children. Shrek, for example, brings us a man who's passing through life and showing us how hard it is to become an adult, have responsabilities and going out of young life.... Love it!

Dreamworks deserves more attention
though i've been raised on disney and i truly love disney films; there is just something about dreamworks films that nothing can compare to
when I was a kid, I remember every day no matter how bad, at 4 o'clock sharp I can always be found sitting in front of the tv just so I could watch "The Dragon movie" or "China panda" or Shreck or something. But I never thought this even had anything to do with my childhood until out of the blue you made me cry, I may be almost 16 but I guess I'm still that same child at heart. These aren't just a bunch of computer-generated puppets doing pointless gags for giggles, these are stories within stories, they tell us things that can't be put into words, this is art - that they let US paint into our own lives.
Honestly DreamWorks is my favorite animation company. It's sad to see it suffer or be unrecognized. It annoys me to no extent when someone confuses their movies for Disney. DreamWorks has always been further ahead when it came to representation and diversity. They manage to vary out character personalities so well in their stories and even their lesser known/"bad" movies are so fun to watch. They are one of (if not the only) entertainment studios that makes anything just to be creative and not just for money. They are part of the reason I'm gonna go into animation and when I do, I wanna work for them.
P.s. I was very happy to see Trollhunters there. It disserves so much more recognition.

So for Disney it was Brother Bear and The Lion King but for DreamWorks it was definitely Spirit. It's one of the greatest movies ever made.
I advocate for Dreamworks, because they don't get enough credit. The Prince of Egypt, Megamind, Shrek 1 & 2, the whole HTTYD trilogy, the whole Kung Fu Panda trilogy, Rise of the Guardians, Peabody and Sherman... I think these are some of the greatest animated movies of all time

Dreamworks movies have never really been my style exactly, but kind fu panda is literally in my top movies of all time.

I haven't lived my life, but I did live it through these and more. It's crazy what animation can do.
Dreamworks has made some of my top 10 favorite movies ever. Many of their movies ask, "Who are you?" That is a question we all need to answer ourselves, but they've given us some help.
The fact that this video only has a bit over 100 comments just shows how criminally underrated Dreamworks is.

The fact that at the end you played Valka saying "he always believed you'd become the strongest of them all, and he was right" while showing Hiccup on screen, that just put that quote in a whole new light to me, that Hiccup is not only the strongest in his world, but the strongest Dreamworks character in general

There is a distinct lack of Shrek in this. Especially Shrek 2. Arguably the best dreamworks movie.
