The hard work recovering the track for use again was really commendable. It's pleasing to see a resurgence of older tracks being reinstated as it is here in the UK. Keep up the good work.
If this is where I think it is, I saw a number of empty hoppers(?...i was doing 50mph on 27) stored there. Much better than seeing weedy, abandoned tracks. Thank you.

Enjoy these videos. Particularly the lack of music - music isn't necessary. Thanks!
No there was music. 567 piece orchestra.
Great to see the old tracks back it use.
fantastic to see that old gray lady working again
Maintenance of Way crews did a great job getting that track and easement back in shape
Great to see these old ROW coming back to life.
It looks so cool seeing trains on abandon tracks, or inactive ones
What a transformation, from a tangled jungle to a working railway line again 👍🏻😁
Good to see a rail line coming back; did you notice poor old 1701 has no windows on the right side !
Local punks.

I'm a train and I approve this video... Choo choo!
Did the 1701 engine have a hard time starting up because it was sitting there a long time just wanted to know thanks awesome video
They occasionally did maintenance and started the engine several times while the track wasn’t used so it wasn’t that bad
Boy do I like the old engine and sounds fit n fiddle healthy too.!
Nice to see the old engine up and running
Did you get any video of the overgrowth clearing? What attachment did that backhoe have and how did it work?

I noticed they did a good job weeding the line but is the roadbed safe considering it’s buried
Are cars still there being unloaded? I want to see the return trip.
Any idea when they will picking up the empties? I see they are still unloading.
Is this a terminal shortline? Storage operation?
This is a short line delivering cars to a customer
@@SouthCoastRailVideos Thanks!
Looks like they're using it for car storage.
It's chemicals used by the Tesla concrete company which is near by.
So they spend thousands of dollars clearing tracks , just to store empty railcars ?
Nope because those were loaded cars going to a customer
@@SouthCoastRailVideos ok thanks, that makes more sense
