I wonder what would happen if DC and Marvel end up with the same licensor, Would love for Hasbro to take on both DC and Marvel. I have long dreamed for a cohesive Marvel vs DC line.
6:03 Yes, you write that kind of check, because Hasbro makes so much on Marvel outside of "adult collectibles". Marvel Legends regularly isnt even in their top 3 sellers of marvel products. ML is still a money maker, but not compared to their kid-centric marvel toy products. Hasbro isnt going to give that up, ESPECIALLY when their stock is down, because its still guaranteed cash flow as it currently stands, and they know it has the potential to hit as big as it has in the past. Bigger companies can afford to play that long game. Treating it as "simple economics" is how small companies think to keep the lights on, which Hasbro is not in danger of.
I would really like it if Hasbro and other manufacturers would fix international distribution. I am a GI Joe fan who never gets to see them on retailer shelves(At best only finding older waves in toy stores).
I'm a joe fan and I don't see them in stores in the states hardly at all. It seems the west coast gets them first and then they barely spread through the rest of the country then that's it. The next wave shows up then rinse and repeat. They release too much too soon too often.
Im in Indiana and I barely see Joes on shelves besides the overstocked ones like retro Duke and Scarlet and so on I always have to go to Ebay and Amazon to get them and then I have to overpay but thats the hunt for you
I understand this is all speculation but you really gave me hope. You made a ton of valid points. I would totally be on board with Mcfarlane/Hasbro trading DC and Marvel. That would be perfect for both Mcfarlane dc multiverse and Hasbro legends collectors. Now I'm super stoked to see what happens and want to see some change! It'd be mad exciting.
In my opinion there could be a lot of future chaos in the toy collecting community - I can see a lot of Legends collectors feeling very difficult to adjust to a McFarlane Marvel line - one thing I've wondered, could Diamond Select maybe lose a Marvel Licence to McFarlane? Would the different scales (6inch for Marvel Legends, 7 inch for Diamond Select/McFarlane) allow two different companies to have the same license? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts Bobby.
That’s a great point, I always forget that Diamond Select has been making 7 inch Marvel figures for years with Hasbro making the same characters in 6 inch scale,
@@thecollector7740 super 7 makes 7 inch, neca makes 7 inch, jada are 7 inch people forget there are a lot of 7 inch figures out there and cry when mcfarlane does it
Spinmaster has put their hat into the collector arena with their recent Playstation line of figures. Seems like a pitch to get a bigger license. Imagine Marvel Legends with the spread that their Horizon Zero Dawn Aloy and Kratos figures got. Very close to import brands like SHF. I'm not loyal to brands, I just want my collections to be able to work together.
9:40 Its funny to hear information that sounds objective but is also deeply skewed at the same time. Every single time a license is coming up, production always slows. It only means that Hasbro doesnt want to spend money on a lot on pre-production in case disney "might" pick someone else after Hasbros re-up pitch. Thats not telling, its normal, and to treat it like its a hint that Hasbro wont get it or doesnt want it, says more about what the person saying it really wants. Also no Haslabs in 2025 effects all their lines, not just the licensed ones, It doesnt mean Classified is in trouble or Transformers is dying. They were running out of perfectly sized items with enough mass appeal anyway. Everything left is either too big or not popular enough to guarantee success (sorry fing fang foom lovers). Hasbro may just end up doing more Sentinel/Dragon Man style preorders across all brands.
Seems like you’re making a broad assumption based on cherry picking information re: Marvel. No haslab for 2025 is an interesting point but it ignores the big figures they’re now making: Dragon Man and the x-men ‘97 sentinel. Also ML making fewer figures is likely more due to market contraction and an industry reset than marvel preparing to lose the license. Or at the very least is just as much of a likely explanation as your assumption. To be honest, I am slightly biased against your viewpoint because of how much I have invested in these collections. If things change, they change. Such is the way of things. But if hasbro loses the marvel and Star Wars licenses it’ll be an excellent jumping off point for me. And I don’t think I’ll be the only one.
As much as I’d like someone to challenge Hasbro on legends and make it better for collectors, I wouldn’t want to see the scale or designs change drastically. Been collecting the line since it started and don’t want to feel like I’m starting over.
In regard to Star Wars, I’d say the reason why they haven’t recouped their 4 billion is, like you said, the lack of theatrically released films. They’re investing this money into streaming shows; while some of them are quality, they’re on a platform that has been consistently losing money since its inception. The theme park doesn’t see much attention either because they’re not putting out any content that features it, who cares about a land set in the middle of a movie trilogy not many people like? It’s a fun theme park but they need to do something with it. Star Wars is an evergreen property, they can make that 4 billion back.
Speaking of licenses, ever thought about getting the Mass Effect license? I know you aren't that wild about action figures for video games, thinking that the audiences don't align (though Spinmaster seems to be doing well with their gaming focused line right now), but Mass Effect might be a different beast, since it is for gaming basically what the Star Wars OT was for movies - it is an incredibly beloved sci-fi trilogy with outstanding world-building AND it is about to become relevant again, since amazon is working on a tv show and a new game is also coming in a couple years. Mass Effect is military based with fantastic designs (so right about your alley) - and there is a lot of re-use potential, since the games re-used assets quite a lot themselves. Now, taking on an entire trilogy is a big commitment, but you could tip your toe and test the waters by releasing just a figure of the main character Commander Shepard (as both, the male and female version). McFarlane did that a decade ago, but the figures were horrible.
The toypocalypse is Nigh 😂😂😂. I’m interested to see what happens. I will say if legends end I’m out (or if changed). That’s ok cause I collect too many lines anyway.
I would like to add to the discussion. Blackrock and Vanguard (essentially the same company) combined own 22% of Hasbro. They also own about the same amount with Disney. Owners pick the board of directors. The board picks the executives. Executives make the course changes. Hasbro has announced 1) they are a game company and 2) they are going to become entirely digital. My prediction is Disney will 'anoint' Hasbro to become their licensing agent. Hasbro will then do all the deal making with other toy manufactures as to who can make the toys. They already license their own IPs like GI JOE and Dungeons & Dragons to other companies. This would ensure that whoever makes Star Wars Black Series and Marvel Legends keeps the line going in the style, scale and quality of Hasbro's lines. The result would be: no disruption in the existing toy collector lines; no risk of unsold inventory to Hasbro for dud movies and shows, revenue streams still pass through Hasbro (Blackrock) and up to Disney (also Blackrock). Debate me if you want folks, I have several videos showing receipts. My final message: invest in indie toy companies.
Spot on. Hasbro has tried and failed many times since the 80s to be a multmedia and brand / ip company and pivot away from toys. With the disney backing they may make a proper go of it this time around as you summarized nicely 😊
I've got a feeling that since there's so many rumored figures for marvel and star wars, not to mention figures not released yet that are planned, I don't think hasbro will lose marvel or star wars. Though I do agree that I would be on board with getting Hasbro DC stuff and maybe putting marvel on the side if Mcfarlane got it.
The big problem with SW & Marvel licenses going elsewhere is giving people the opportunity to jump off the lines, especially if they’re going to a non-compatible scale like we all reckon McFarlane would. With new content not necessarily resonating as much with the merch-buying public, you’d need to produce something that really makes people want to get onboard with a whole new line rather than just say “nah, I’m good with what I’ve already got” if you’re going back to the well of the stalwarts. I honestly can’t see myself wanting to buy a McFarlane Han Solo in 7 inch scale with their current ugly articulation and less-than-stellar likenesses for example. Personally I’d love to see Jazwares or Jada get any of the licenses up for grabs since they show their licenses a lot of love and have made some great figures of late, but ideally I’d like to see Mattel get DC back - their WWE line shows they can do likenesses excellently which is going to be key for DC stuff going forward with the new media push that universe will be getting and their MOTU stuff has been fun as heck. They can make great figures when they want and I’d love to have a DCUC-esque back again in the 6 inch scale…
Id like a TVC version if marvel. Same articulation and soft goods. Card back can be comic cells etc. back can be done like the old school adverts youd see in the comics.
How can anyone say the McFarlane DC line is failing when almost everything they release sells out instantly? I get stuff like Black Adam and Blue Beetle movie figs, as well as the Aquaman sequel figs didn't do well, but who actually expected them to? The comic book stuff seems to be on fire. I know that every fig I want sells out within minutes it seems.
Interesting, I know that one of Hasbro's focuses has been fewer, bigger brands and they have been trying to trim the fat in more ways than one. However, I still can't see them completely giving up their licensed brands, time will tell.
I hope JadaToys gets the Disney license because along with the street fighter and cyberpunk stuff ,their cartoon figures are also amazing. And a Marvel vs Capcom 2 line is my dream. Imagine the possibilities. So Disney, PLEASE seal the deal with JadaToys.
You do realize this is coming from someone who has a successful toy line and may be posturing himself to go after one or more of these licenses? Hasbro needs to keep Disney and then put more effort (and Advertising!) into the toy lines to help them be more successful! And WHY doesn’t current toy packaging cross promote the cartoons/comics/movies/tv shows they represent? Its a win-win waiting to happen!
I would like to see Hasbro get the DC License and have to build a new mold library like they did with GI Joe Classified. I've seen too many of the same bucks and accessories from ML, the line has become just so boring.
I don’t think Hasbro is getting the Marvel and Star Wars licenses for profit. Sure, maybe they start doing Avengers and good Star Wars movies again and they can make money, but even if they don’t, they want those license for locking in pegs at mass retail. Mass retail is still the largest buyer of action figures and role play toys in the US, and if Hasbro doesn’t have that shelf space, then someone else is getting it. The juice might not be worth the squeeze, but I think Hasbro would rather hold the license and pay more than give it to Jazwares and have them take on more marketshare.
McFarlane could do some interesting things with Marvel (super stylized like the new Tood-inspired statues, but articulated!?!), but after seeing the terrible reviews of the 2-pack DCEU Superman & Doomsday, it seems like it might be a bad turn for Marvel. Hasbro getting DC and doing 1/12th scale would be far more interesting to me
I do NOT want McFarlane to get the Marvel license. Oh God Im stressing at just the thought of it. I wouldn't mind DC going to Hasbro tho. McFarlane takes reuse to a new level, its kind of insane tbh. I wish Jada Toys would get Marvel!
why do so many dumb americans think warner and disney would allow competing brands under the same company? its why lego focuses on marvel more than dc because dc is just dead the movies suck and no one watches them
Same here. I'm interested in seeing what Bobby Vala does with the DC license. An updated Select Sculpt Black & Gray Batman with improved articulation would be an instant purchase.
It would be cool to see other companies try their hand at Marvel & DC figs but with leak lists for products meant for 2025 being very easy to find, I don't think anything is changing hands for awhile. Obviously yes, those leaks can be faked, change release windows, get canceled, etc but a lot of them are very accurate in ny experience. I've only been a collector since 2018 so I don't know as much as others but this is just what I've noticed over the past 6 years collecting multiple lines.
If that does happen, Hasbro will probably start making 6” DC figure’s again and piss off the collector’s who have already collected the Mcfarlane DC Figure’s. Too bad Classified isn’t on the chopping block. We know where that would go.
I highly doubt this will ever happen...but my dream would be for McFarlane to get the Marvel Spiderman line! I know they screwed him over in his prime as an artist.
I've long wished and waited for McFarlane to lose the DC license. I've never liked the 7-inch scale because it's such a weird size. Who else does 7-inch figures? *No one.* They don't fit in with any 6-inch figure lines on your shelf. And since bigger figures requires bigger vehicles, all their recent Batmobiles take up an excessive amount of space. I also lament McFarlane's more statue-like approach to their figures. They're often molded into specific stances and poses that don't lend themselves to dynamic posability. Kids aren't the only ones who like to put their figures in unique action poses, Todd. Figures can still look impressive on your shelf or desk while also having good articulation. In fact, articulation probably makes them look MORE impressive. And finally, EYES. McFarlane just seems to hate having their figures looking straight ahead. Seriously, if I want my figure's gaze to be off to the side, I'll just turn its head.
I deeply fear Mcfarlane getting ahold of SW license and unless they improve articulation, they would offer a lesser figure imo. You also run into all of his exclusives and variants that he tends to do across his ip lines.Where as Hasbro does cut corners and offer less paint aps and little to no accessories with their offerings with Sw and Marvel often making them feel incomplete or unsatisfying (I.E. full price for young Anakin with a small backpack at full price). A Marvel/DC swap could be fun and invigorating to collectors though and I 100% agree seeing some of my favorite DC in legend scale and style could give us stuff we’ve never seen before!
I really hope all the licenses stay the same. Like if they were the same scale it would be a different story but I've invested a lot in building a huge 6 inch collection of Marvel and a huge 7 inch collection of DC. When Mattel lost DC, I almost stopped collecting because of the same reason, and my Mattel collection was infinitely smaller than my McFarlane and Marvel Legends collections are now. If they try to make me start from scratch again, then that may be the one move that would push me out of the game entirely.
Hasbro has truly improved the Legends line this past 2 years, so many banger figures like Spiral and Phoenix MacFarlane sucks and hopefully another company grabs the DC license
I'm of two minds on the subject. Specifically with Star Wars. Hasbro is so deep into the Black Series and Vintage Collection lines that if the license were to go to Mattel or whoever it would almost alienate the fans who solely collect TBS or TVC now. Why buy another toy companys Darth Vader when Hasbro has done so many already? However at the same time I do believe we need some new talent working on the Star Wars toy lines. Personally I think brand exclusivity needs to end once again specifically for Star Wars. Hasbro can keep doing their lines which are getting better in quality I will say but someone else can take a crack at 6 inch and 3.75 inch scale figures.
Hasbro may not have a Marvel Haslab, but they are soliciting a year in advance (Dragon Man and Sentinel). How can they do this if they are going to lose the license? I suppose they can just cancel the pre orders.
The only thing that I question is that the “Disney” licences, Star Wars and Marvel are linked as a single license. They’ve always been separate. And on separate schedules. At least for the other toy makers, like Lego. The big “License Categories” for Disney were “Marvel” “Star Wars” “ “Disney Princesses” “Frozen” “”New Movie not yet added to Princesses or Classic” “Disney Classic”. And those will have several sub categories of license. And while Marvel is definitely up next year, is Star Wars? I thought Hasbro was only halfway through their last contract?
Marvel, Star Wars (Lucasfilm) and Disney are all handled as separate licenses. Also if you do any even surface level research you find that these licenses aren't expiring.
@@Jake_E57 I think Hasbro still has 4 or 5 years left on the Star Wars license. I think they are entering the negotiation period for Marvel (which typically starts around 18 months out or so.) Most of the rumors that I have heard seem to be Hasbro wanting to renegotiate some of the terms. Particularly for Star Wars. The Star Wars license is the most expensive toy license. It carries the highest "Disney Tax" per item. And Hasbro is just not seeing the returns from it. It's a huge sucking hole in their accounting thanks to what the idiots at Lucasfilms have done to the brand. Hasbro is likely either looking to cut license and royalty costs, get approval to sublicense out all or part of it, or just sell the whole thing back to Disney. The problem is the flat license costs are so high that Hasbro can't afford to let it simply go inactive for a year or two. So they are setting money on fire trying to milk some return out of it. With the Marvel License really what they likely want is more freedom in choosing what gets made and what doesn't. Hasbro makes boatloads of money off Spider-Man. And a good amount off of Iron Man and Captain America. Black Panther T'Challa is or was a solid niche. But Hasbro has been forced to make whole entire massive waves in support of utterly horrid media. The Eternals? They did not need to make the full lineup all in one expensive failed wave. The MCU people forced that, because to only make SOME of the cast wave 1 would be racist or something. Or all the annoying "What If" Figures. "Why If?" I think the more niche comic inspired stuff that they only distribute through Online and Specialty stores sells substantially better than Eternals, Wakanda Forever and Wut If? combined. They seem to be learning though. "Captain America Brave New World Order On The Animal Farm" is only getting 3 figures. And they can save a bundle on Thunderbolts by just buying back all the unsold shit from Ollies.
You pretty much nailed it with the star wars and marvel licenses being in the state they are cause of the parent company. But I have a question: is everything under one license (Disney), or are they two separate ones (star wars & marvel)?
My ideal outcome is for the DC license to be handed off to either Jazwares or hell, you ought to see about getting the DC license. You can make them in the same compatible 6 inch scale as Marvel Legends and bring back the name "DC Universe Classics". As a lifelong DC Comics fan myself, that would be amazing. As for Marvel, I like to see Mattel grab the Marvel & Star Wars licences, since Disney has had a good relationship with them. Since Mattel has the WWE license and Jazwares has the AEW license, it'd be awesome if Mattel gets Marvel/Star Wars and Jazwares gets DC/Mortal Kombat licenses (for the third time; they've come along way from when they first did MK figures).
McFarlane getting the Marvel license would get me into buying those figures as a collector since the only Marvel toy-aisle style action figures I've purchased up to this point have only been Marvel Select. Marvel could really use a more premium action figure maker!
Honestly, I would prefer to see you put all your focus into Action Force. I would hate to see you get distracted and overlook your line. It's nothing personal, but such things happen to the best of us.
WAKE UP! Bobby Vala just dropped another banger!🗣️🔊 I’m thrilled to have gotten my preorder in for Wave 5 and am really enjoying the new updated articulation and engineering on these figures. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and passion with us!
I wouldn't touch Disney brands with a 10ft pole. They are both played out and currently undersupported by comics and movies. Untapped IP's that need current updates or new independent IP's are where success can be found imo
I would love to see Bandai take a shot at Star Wars, and bring something like a "lesser" SH Figuarts line to be the replacement to Black Series. Literally reuse the Figuarts heads on bodies with less accessories and slightly less articulation to get the price down. Jazwares gets the kids focused star wars figures. Heck, give them the kids focused Marvel too. As it is today, there are amazing DBZ and Naruto Figuarts showing up up at Target stores for like $35. Again, just scaling it down in articulation a bit to get that price down to $25 or $30. Would be an amazing thing.
i'm glad we're not talking about companies we haven't worked for or nothing. but hey maybe it would be good for the marvel brand to do a reset of sorts.
Totally understand it is your opinion in regards to MCU films after Endgame in regards to good but box office wise Far From Home and No Way Home each broke 1 billion at the box office. Multiverse of Madness did 900m +, and BP 2 did over 800km+. In total phase 4 has brought Disney about 5.7 billion to date. Even their less then profitable films broke 300mill on avg. But numbers aside yes the audience perception has fallen from Endgame. Films like the Eternals, Ant Man 3, and Love and Thunder which still brought in 700 million , didnt help with the audience perception. All that said I get the biz aspect of not getting Marvel license. Its an unknown even with the current turn around. Will it hold up w/ shows like Daredevil coming, movies like Cap 4, Thunderbolts, etc.? as I fan Im saying dont count Disney Marvel out just yet. We shall see. Personally I am more concerned about companies like Mezco not picking up the marvel license. Outside of Wolverine I haven't seen much Marvel IP from them lately. Or how about the foreign companies like Kaiyodo and Mafex? Mafex especially has been making some noise with their Marvel inspired line. Will they just say we're done and move on? Thanks for vid!
Let them both sit for a few years 😂. We’re not ready for another new line by another company. I bet they will both keep them. Hasbro should drop Star Wars and let that IP sit for a while. Macfarlane is cooking right now, even if he has made a few oddball choices recently. He just needs to improve his figure quality. The wires capes have helped a bit.
Should we put our name in the hat for one of these licenses? Or what other license should we buy?

I like what McFarland is doing now he’s been bringing out different DC characters recently his figures are looking better than before.
Get the DC license Bobby, give us a good, classic, Smiling Superman please 😭😭😭
"Smiling Superman" Snyder-Bros would hate that... so yes please get it.
Please no I hope Mcfarlane doesn't get Marvel. We'll get figures with rubber that breaks and zero accessories and basically statues that can't pose...
I see them in stores in asia in toy shops everywhere, i am surpriesed you guise dont see it. We even have Pulse over here
Im in Indiana and I barely see Joes on shelves besides the overstocked ones like retro Duke and Scarlet and so on I always have to go to Ebay and Amazon to get them and then I have to overpay but thats the hunt for you
I understand this is all speculation but you really gave me hope.
Sadly they are underscaled, but if they can work on that, I could see it
Too bad they’re cheeks
Very close to SHF😂
@@SpicyPsyDuck SHF has been upscaling their figures lately.
I personally would like to see Jada Toys take the DC liscencing in particular, but may never happen :(
I hope they are
9:40 Its funny to hear information that sounds objective but is also deeply skewed at the same time.
These rumors of the ultimate marvel legends figures with premium levels of accessories suddenly make a lot more sense
Now if hasbro gets dc that’ll be cool
for some figures yeah, but Hasbro is just as bad but not worse than McFarlanes
@@Lonzology I’ve been wanting Dc legends to go with my marvel legends for years, I think it would be cool
if Mcfarlane got Marvel, I would stop collecting.....if Hasbro got DC, god help me.
Wow just wow!! You have hit the nail on the head!! These companies need to have this sent to all executives in box.
Time to bring back Captain power and the soldiers of the future!
I think I still have some of those toys. I kept some after our family's last move in 1989.
Damn straight! And some Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers while we’re at it!
Thanks!
If Bobby spent this much time and effort on these videos and directed it towards those QC issues with his figures they would be great
I would like to add to the discussion.
Joytoy has most my money these days with warhammer. Absolutely crushing it
Yup.
@@trevormcguire6984 I'm deep into JoyToy as well with their ww2 figures and some of the Battle for the Stars figs. Crushing it indeed.
That's a pretty well thought out, succinct analysis.
I was under the impression that Hasbro's Marvel license was good for at least 2 more years.
How long does a toy maker have to sell existing stock once the license expires?
It it a universal number or IP owner specific?
They’ll probably just renew, like LEGO did with Star Wars in 2022
Exactly
If McFarlane got Marvel Legends, i would stop collecting 😤.
Hasbro should work to make their board games into video games or license them to someone who can do a better job than they have.
I feel like we're in a nuclear toy bunker talking about the decimation of titans, pretty chill vibe.
Would love Hasbro to get dc, just hate that they use plastic capes and they never do soft good/wired capes unlike how McFarlane is doing now
I hope JadaToys gets the Disney license because along with the street fighter and cyberpunk stuff ,their cartoon figures are also amazing. And a Marvel vs Capcom 2 line is my dream. Imagine the possibilities. So Disney, PLEASE seal the deal with JadaToys.
THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!
Actually thought this was a Spectre Creative parody video at first 😂
You do realize this is coming from someone who has a successful toy line and may be posturing himself to go after one or more of these licenses?
Hasbro needs to keep Disney and then put more effort (and Advertising!) into the toy lines to help them be more successful! And WHY doesn’t current toy packaging cross promote the cartoons/comics/movies/tv shows they represent? Its a win-win waiting to happen!
Muscular blank bodies by valaverse. You can do it Bobby!
I would like to see Hasbro get the DC License and have to build a new mold library like they did with GI Joe Classified. I've seen too many of the same bucks and accessories from ML, the line has become just so boring.
God, no way!.
They would 100 percent just use marvel legends parts I would think.
At this point, the Star Wars & Marvel licenses are guaranteed loss leaders.
It would be a shame to see Hasbro lose the line before a marvel legends Feral and Rachel Summers got released
Have you not seen how terrible and overpriced most Hasbro figures are? Why would you want this?
why do so many dumb americans think warner and disney would allow competing brands under the same company? its why lego focuses on marvel more than dc because dc is just dead the movies suck and no one watches them
@@Outlier68 but have you seen midfarlanes figures that look like they are wearing diapers?

Same here. I'm interested in seeing what Bobby Vala does with the DC license. An updated Select Sculpt Black & Gray Batman with improved articulation would be an instant purchase.
@@harveyplissken4604 selects sucked
Ahh my Saturday morning supplement.
I don't know who holds the license but, I think it would be cool to see Captain Power in 6".
Pretty sure that is Mattel
If that does happen, Hasbro will probably start making 6” DC figure’s again and piss off the collector’s who have already collected the Mcfarlane DC Figure’s. Too bad Classified isn’t on the chopping block. We know where that would go.
I highly doubt this will ever happen...but my dream would be for McFarlane to get the Marvel Spiderman line! I know they screwed him over in his prime as an artist.
Is it possible that Hasbro could just keep Marvel and pass on Star Wars?
Question Bobby…if properties switch hands…does the new company get to claim the diecast molds if they want them? Or is it just all new at transition?
I really hope all the licenses stay the same. Like if they were the same scale it would be a different story but I've invested a lot in building a huge 6 inch collection of Marvel and a huge 7 inch collection of DC. When Mattel lost DC, I almost stopped collecting because of the same reason, and my Mattel collection was infinitely smaller than my McFarlane and Marvel Legends collections are now. If they try to make me start from scratch again, then that may be the one move that would push me out of the game entirely.
Hasbro has truly improved the Legends line this past 2 years, so many banger figures like Spiral and Phoenix
MacFarlane sucks and hopefully another company grabs the DC license
Midnight musings, smooth, talk with Bobby…
Those should be a show the lines going to different companies i mean we as collector's would be glued
I'd like to hear more on your take of how toy companies are cannibalizing each other at this point.
You'd knock it out of the park with a James Bond line!
Bud those licenses aren’t going anywhere
Marvel / Star Wars CHASES sounds like a great idea via Jazwares!
I think hasbro should just kickstart EACH figure from each line and basically make to order.
McFarlane getting the Marvel license would get me into buying those figures as a collector since the only Marvel toy-aisle style action figures I've purchased up to this point have only been Marvel Select. Marvel could really use a more premium action figure maker!
Disney would find great success with a collector aimed line for their animated film characters
Can’t wait to see what’s coming next year! I really appreciate these sit-down videos with Bobby-they give us civilians some great insight into the toy manufacturing world.
This lighting and shot composition lol good lord
Been wishing since Jada got Street Fighter that they'd get Marvel, even if just for the MvC license.
Would you say that Disney is testing the waters with their expanded streaming series?
Think Dan said they are making marvel legends til 2026. Mcfarlane needs to improve on the dc multiverse hate the plastic feels cheap
I’d love it if Hasbro did DC, but I’d only be interested in about 20 A-list characters from them.
I think the entire reason Todd did that kickstarter was to get cash on hand to help get a License. What ever that License could be. I have No Idea
