It is possible for you to play a game inside of the wildshape software. It's a pretty basic VTT (which I prefer). My goto method is to use wildshape as a map making software and export to foundry currently. It is of course 2D but you can make some pretty beautiful maps

I enjoy it. It takes time to get used to map making in a three dimensional space, so there's some learning curve. That being said, the dev who created it put it on steam at a very reasonable price, so I think it's worth a try.
@@progressiveDND been trying to figure out how to make really cool maps for a d&d game I'm going to be a first-time dungeon master unfortunately I literally had around 2,100 full concept art cut outs. 😔 All deleted off of my phone and then on top of that it was all p&g files so I could put them on the background of a monster manual to create a Homebrew d&d game mixing in Warhammer Zerg d&d elder scrolls starcraft resident evil Cthulhu Lovecraft. Literally to put it shortly the campaign was the illithids ended up doing something stupid trying to acquire technology from the future they ended up getting a hold of something they shouldn't have and ended up causing the realm of chaos to clash inward on itself after it consumed all dimensions realms and even the far realm after that all dimensional breaches from all timelines places worlds dimensions gods are all combined into one middle plane. Mixture of sci-fi science guns old school arrows bows magic technology disease scary stuff you know would have been f****** amazing if I didn't lose all that pictures but I'm starting from scratch all over again for the second time my phone just broke right after I ended up having all my stuff deleted the first time so now I got to start from scratch again
Ugh, sorry bud. You should use one drive or google drive to back that stuff up so you don't lose it. Being a first time DM is a ton of work and pressure out of the gate without losing all your files. Someone also recommended World Anvil for note taking and world planning that you might find useful.
