Professional cook here. So far, I am really impressed by your cooking. You clean as you go, you use everything, and I swear I can smell your food cooking through the screen. Also, you food comes out looking like the picture, and I tell you now, that is a rarity in kitchen work, except at the highest levels. Keep it coming, Panda. Maybe a ramen dish next?

Only comment I have to add is for measuring the flour: If you put the measuring cup directly in the flour like that, there's a good chance that you'll compact some of it and end up with more flour than the recipe requires, and goodness knows what that might do. Best way is to use a a spoon and loosely dump the flour into the measuring cup until it is overfull, and then carefully scrape the extra off the top with the handle of the spoon (and something similarly flat and rigid).
Panda clearly knows what she's doing and doesn't need my help, but for those of us who _don't_ have that sense for baking, it's a helpful tip.
(Plain donuts are clearly the correct choice at all times, but sometimes you need a glaze)

Panda let me say I Don't watch cooking videos but I have to say I really enjoyed these cooking videos of yours because it's different I am an artist and watching you piece the ingredients together to recreate an iconic dish watching it form was like art to me . Going from scratch to looking exactly like the meal your trying to replicate was very intriguing . I know it's hard and scary to try new ideas on the channel but sometimes you gotta take a dive and you dove into one of the best ideas yet . It only get better 😉 . Love the food wars vid by the way next vid save me some of the dish 🙏.... PS love the food wars cosplay 😙🤗 ... And I wouldn't recommend eating it but next cooking vid we need the Luther burger from boondocks 😉
