I think August is good, I’d personally avoid monsoon season (typically around end of year to february ish).
When it comes to period of stay, it greatly varies. 4 day is enough for some, while a month won’t suffice to another. Maybe, a week is a sweet spot?
Regardless, I guess you can never get enough of Bali? Haha!
