The way you added their collars was like you were dressing them up for their first day of school 🥹 so sweet!
To anyone romanticising this career path: know that as a craftsperson making luxury items, people will ALWAYS want to undercharge you, and that repetitive strain injuries from cutting and tracing are a mainstay as often we have to overwork ourselves just to make less than minimum wage. I make about $1.30 AUD an hour personally. Before you complain about the price of a cute toy you wanted, consider that the artist is probably making less than minimum wage: they would be better off doing fast food, but they choose this work because they love it and want to bring joy to others. Please don’t complain about price, work hard and save up if you can’t afford the artwork.
It is so much fun and so much faster when you make things like this on a “production line” . Very cute 🪿

it's 3am and i can't sleep but this video was so lovely to watch. i used to sew bibs for baby dolls when i was younger, and seeing the geese in their little collars and scarves took me back. i'm sure those geese will all go to loving homes.

are they? are they really handcrafted? it is an electric sewing machine, after all.
About 70% of the Geese are done by hand, which is measuring, cutting, ironing, stuffing and hand sewing, so yes they are handcrafted!

I would love to buy the pattern for this- I have so many babies to make things for, was going to make them each a quilt, but a goose made from the quilt fabric would be fab!

i went your shop, only $16.00? This handcrafted cuddle toy is worth more! People don’t want to pay artists what it’s worth…this holds me back from opening an etsy shop…you spent so much time on these.
