People tend to face and lean more towards people with this kind of aura and it's inborn! They don't have to talk or do much to get the attention. They just do. I always love observing and studying people and Jk is one I love studying as well because he has got it, a quality, one that is rare, one who gets respect more easily than others.
Edit: obviously I am not downplaying his hardwork, everyone knows how hard they all work which is one of the reason they get the respect they have today but I am talking about his in born quality that he has. He is born with an aura like none other and I think it aids him a lot.

Most musicians aren't close to their fans at all, let alone talk to them freely like good friends. And they are so real.
