I realized something at 2:24
So here's what I found, the parts she deletes of the characters to write "Fall apart" I saw that on Yuri, it was deleted on her chest, the same side she stabbed herself
On Sayori, her neck, because of how she hung herself and of course, Natsuki, the eyes, representing the black figures that show in her eyes and mouth when she cracks her neck.
