For achieving bright radiant skin, drink more water as well as remain hydrated. If you do not like drinking regular water, you can include a little of lemon to taste. For exfoliating your skin, use a mild scrub like Besan and tomato if you have oily skin or aloe vera if you have dry skin. You can also mix oats into a creamy paste, keep it in a container inside your bathroom, then use it daily to softly scrub your skin with water. To wash your face, use riceberry face wash from littlextra that's soft on your skin. It assists illuminate your skin and maintain it healthy.

I use adapalene, so I use a walmart dupe for the cerave hydrating cleanser in the morning because it is so gentle and soothing. I like the LaRoche posay toleraine hydrating cleanser for the evening after removing my sunscreen/makeup.
