For achieving bright radiant skin, drink more water as well as remain hydrated. If you do not like drinking regular water, you can include a little of lemon to taste. For exfoliating your skin, use a mild scrub like Besan and tomato if you have oily skin or aloe vera if you have dry skin. You can also mix oats into a creamy paste, keep it in a container inside your bathroom, then use it daily to softly scrub your skin with water. To wash your face, use riceberry face wash from littlextra that's soft on your skin. It assists illuminate your skin and maintain it healthy.
Honestly, I have been using this rice berry face wash for the past 2 month, and on my sensitive skin, this is really good, non-drying, gentle face wash.
I appreciate your no nonsense straightforward style. There are other channels that are also informative and educational, but sometimes they can be very annoying with cringeworthy intros and excessive ads. Your videos are concise and straight to the point. Thank you so much!
Appreciate this straightforward, informative skincare advice! For my 65 year old dry, rosacea prone skin I love the La Roche Posay Hydrating Gentle cleanser (the one you were looking for in the white bottle) I do a double cleanse with Hada Labo cleansing oil first to get the sunscreen off. Keep the videos coming doc!
@@danielsugaimd I have a question about The INKEY List Fulvic Acid Brightening Cleanser. Does it burn the eyes because I’m looking for a good cleanser to takeoff my make up and does it leave your skin feeling really tight and dry. Because I do have dry skin. Thank you I love all your videos
I'm so glad you mentioned cetaphil at the end 😂 because that's what I've been using for years. I recently purchased laroche posay Effaclar with salicylic acid and I'm using that in the morning. Great video. Thank you!

I started using Eucerin's hydrating gel cleanser several months ago. It's great. My skin tends to be a little greasy in warmer weather and this product seems to balance everything out. Love it.
Oh, thank you for being matter of fact about not wearing make up! It's fine for men to wear make up if the want to and I really like that you didn't try to make a joke about it or something disrespectful.
Great video! You are showing some of my favorites here. I have combo/oily/acne prone skin. I use adapalene, so I use a walmart dupe for the cerave hydrating cleanser in the morning because it is so gentle and soothing. I like the LaRoche posay toleraine hydrating cleanser for the evening after removing my sunscreen/makeup. My new favorite is the inkey list fulvic acid cleanser, it really gets the skin clean and prepped for skincare. I'm using it when the weather is so warm. I want to try the salycilic acid one you mentioned here
All the ones you mentioned are some of my favorites also. Right now I have been using The Inkey List Oat cleansing balm as a first step and Neutrogena Balancing cleansing lotion for sensitive skin in the pink bottle. I normally use Neutrogena Hydroboost cleansing lotion. Love them both.
I hear a lot about double cleansing where you use an oil cleanser first then your regular cleanser afterwards. What are your thoughts on that? Would love to hear what you think. Love your channel!
Thanks for your always informative video's. I am learning alot from you on how totake careof my combo 50+ skin with slight acne issues. On your recommendations I have a great skin care regemine with Cerva Products. Thank you for your video's they are awesome and have helped improve my skin greatly.

Hello! I have a question on Vitamin C. If I were to purchase the Vichy Normaderm PhytoAction Acne Control Daily Moisturizer which supposedly has Vitamin C in it, should I still put more Vitamin C in my face? I'm looking to purchase the Vichy Liftactiv Vitamin C Serum Brightening Skin Corrector as well. I have acne-prone skin and lots of dark spots as a result of having cystic acne about 3 years ago. I would like to clear my dark spots as much as possible. Thanks!
Appreciate this skincare routine. I am using kopari coconut melt for massage on my 6 month old and then after bathing , using aveeno moisturizer . Her skin is normal . Should i use anything else. I am thinking to ise aveeno creamy oil for bedtime massage.

I have skin with acne and blackheads, I have used the La Roche Posey cleanser and I love it, but do you think it would be a good idea to change and try the Cosrx salicylic acid one or should I stick with the usual one?
Great advice, never thought of over cleansing. Good to know what to look out for so we can balance our usage and products! Thank you again Doc and ALOHA!🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🌴🌈
I use the Lancome foaming cleanser. I love it!! It makes my skin very soft. I've been using Lancome for over ten years now. I love their products!! They are excellent!! Just saying!! 💖
Technically, you could just use a single cleanser in a double cleanse. The first cleanse is to break up the dirt/sunscreen/makeup and the second is to help wash it all away.
I've seen a pricey one from Skinbetter ($155) called Alto Defense (Dr Alexis Stephens recommends it) and a moisturizer from drmtlgy (night peptide cream).
