This is the 5th tile project we've done where we've removed the old tile before installing new tile, and the first one with this tool ruclips.net/user/postUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS . I want to cry for all the unnecessary work we've done in the past. With this tool, we removed tile surrounding a fireplace, as well as the hearth tile, set in loads of cement, in less than an hour. I highly recommend this tool. It was easy to use, and very satisfying watching the tile literally fall off the wall.

    DeWalt DCH133 = 2.6J Impact energy
    Bosch GBH 18 V-EC = 1.7J impact energy
    Makita DHR241Z = 1,9J impact energy
How you can compare different products?
Try to compare same product! :)
For example DeWalt DCH133 and Bosch GBH 18V-26. Both has same impact energy ( 2,6J )

True, but the Dewalt is cheaper, so...Because it is the old horizontal motor placement, which makes the tool much longer. But still - you get insane power for the money and still the Dewalt quality.

When it comes to precision of a hole nothing beats Bosch.
    Is NOT only about power.
Precision it is important. To be able to start soft in a very precise, specific place, be it concrete or brickwall.

Don't push so hard, you're making it harder for the machine to do its work. The bit needs room to recoil after each impact.

I wanted to make a fair comparison of these drills, so I used the same drill bits and tried to push drills with the same force. But higher impact energy it has, harder you need to push it to get the best performance.

LOL at all the people saying he pushed DeWALT harder.
You need to see Boltah Downunder. He was not a DeWALT fan when he started his channel all about comparing rotary hammers, but they won him over during testing. The DCH133 here gets high marks in particular. It doesn’t have any of the fancy impact dampening and it’s a long boy due to the D-handle and in-line motor design but it’s punching way above its price point. It literally outperforms the more expensive DeWALT XR rotary hammers.

    • @thetrick4fun
      @thetrick4fun 6 лет назад

      кот котович,

Hey guys, head to head videos are great, I liked this one. I have that DeWalt, good tool, 2.6 ft/lbs of impact energy, highest of the 3 *BUT* the Bosch is a 3/4", Makita 7/8" and DeWalt is a full 1". Again, liled your vid but it's like comparing a 3/8" chucked drill to a 1/2" or 4" angle grinder to a 4.5" or 5" etc etc, not a fair fight. Still >thumbs up

That's why japanese sign a contract with a very big german car maker for their ENGINES in exchange for japanese batteries???
Germans got to maximum of efficiency in terms of therodynamic... no engine runs more efficient at global scale than german one, if you keep it well maintain lasts a very very long time!!!
