Sorry? Are you talking to whoever reworked the audio for this FAN-MADE-VIDEO or to producer Michael Cretu?
But we are talking about the distant 1989, 34 years ago.
The remix was made for the single version. The original version of the album is this: ruclips.net/video/F8ZLbdbp75A/видео.html
However in the remix I don't hear all this confusion of instruments and so on. I think the different electronic percussion elements were wanted. As was done for the 1989 remix of "We'll Be Together".
