Good job kid. Bend but don’t break. In football you can always make up for your mistakes with a great play. After Bland’s Int the Defense woke up and closed the game.
What a steal as a 5th rounder. He's have the best sophomore season. He can only excel and go up. Love his mental.

You can see he is not happy with his game tonight. Int or not, he knows it was a bad game for him and I love that about this kid, he wants to be great all the time and is a student of the game. He will study this game all weekend to get better. It is a great CB and will be one of the best to play the game. Of course his ints and pick 6s are elite, but he learned more tonight than he has all year.
DB, you're a BEAST! Every game is a learning experience and I'm confident you will keep balling out like no one else has ever done in this league. Sometimes games don't go 100% to plan but you hung in there and made plays when you needed to like a true DPOY candidate. Keep it up brother

Well lets be honest, yes his ints are amazing, but he got his butt kicked tonight and he knows it, you can see it in his face. Im not putting him down at all Im just keeping it real. He will learn more from tonight than any other game he has played in and for that he will be better moving forward. he took a hit on the chin and bounced back, thats a winner for sure.

I was just saying, as parcells once said, "don't crown him yet" yes, he is doing great things but as you say, its his 2nd year, he will grow leaps and bounds moving forward. But last night he had some 2nd year mistakes against an all pro wr. But he still did great things. I wasnt disrespecting him in anyway. I am a huge fan of his and a fanatic for teh boys and have been since 1969, always will be.

Yup and he's better than Diggs was at this point in his career, Remember Diggs in year two allowed over 1,000 yards. Diggs had 10 int's of course and I think Bland will as well.
I love and admire Bland's short-memory concept on not just the bad plays...
But the 1's that gets him praised as well 😉

Dk is a big receiver and hard to cover. Bland did great.
No cb can cover Metcalf one on one...Bland was trusted alone on him....yes he got cooked...like mist guys do one on one...guarantee you nimers and eagles ain't got no one who can cover him

DK is DK. So Bland being in his second year and being able to still stay locked in that pick was great to see. It says a lot. Gilly coming in the second half to take over and restrict DK was a life saver. Blands humility is showing so strong here. Even with a bad first half u see how he didn’t like it all, gets a pick, and is able to speak with that composed energy, and same energy is dope.
Our D-LINE wasn't getting pressure everyone looked a little slow I can't think of a DB that can cover when the QB has time to get through progressions. Not a typical game for our defense as a whole. We needed this type of game had to fight and dig deep.
Nice come back in the 2nd half...hang in there dude...Seahawks have two great receivers!

He did best he can dk is top receiver when he gets the ball but Gilmore playing off so much caused a lot of easy short catches but first two touchdowns were off of penalties even right before half was too tighten up on penalties guys
