I personally like brinsea or nurture right. Keep in mind with the nurture right the humidity can drop suddenly instead of gradually. Just add water before bed

We started with 60 eggs. A total of 48 hatched and all of them were healthy with no disabilities. You can tell the gender of Ring Neck Pheasants when they are chicks by looking at the face of the bird. The males will have a blocky head and have a wattle close to the eye. Female are more refined with a slope to the head. McFarland pheasant farm has great information on it.
I'll do a video on it after my next hatch. I have another 60 ring neck pheasant eggs in the mail right now. Ill also be doing Melanistic Mutant and Black Neck Pheasants in June.

Yes if you live in a temperature around 75 degrees or above

You need chopped up hay the chicks will eat the wood shaving
I've never had a problem with them eating shavings.
