Dear Viewer, In Breaker draw frame we may run 5,6,7,8 end. It depends on bulky of material. Coarser the card wrapping reduce the no of end. Reduced end help you better drafting low cuts in autoconer. Increase the end you ll get more CSP of yarn. It depends on material type(bulky ness). Even if fine wrapping if bulkyness more you may reduce ends. Rgds B C Sahoo
Dear viewer keep bottom roll gauge if you are using 38 mm fibre for both. breaker -46/50 break draft 1.71 finisher -44/48 break draft 1.41 or 1.51. you are running very tight gauge.
Dear Viewer In case of long and strengthy fibre you may keep 4mm wider gauge in back one compared to front zone, no quality problem will come rather working will be better.
