Hello,
Would you be so kind and please answer quickly the difference between views and vitis of the member on the report page?
Hi Thomas. In short, visits are tracked once per browser session and views are counted once per page load. You can read more here: www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/admin/reports/#visits-views-logins
Hi there. I’ve just installed and set up my membership on my Wordpress site. I have looked at the hook filter to allow admin access to members pages but in truth I’m not sure where to make to correct in the source code.
Can you do a video to illustrate how this is done. Thanks
Will do, a temporary workaround would be to manually assign the admin profile with a membership level. You can do this by editing the admin level and then setting the "Current Level" from "None" to your desired level.
@@StrangerStudios Yep still getting errors and being locked out of my site. Your plugin may not be compatible with my wordpress.com or the basic plugins that are included in it?
@@RevelatorAlf Hmm, it is possible that something is causing a conflict between PMPro and wordpress.com. Do you have a support license at WordPress? Perhaps they can troubleshoot it for you?
@@StrangerStudios ok finally got it working. Actually there’s quite a bit more to do than is being explained in your literature. You need to create a new wp admin password as well as disable user wp dashboard login plus disable fss as well as enable yourself admin free access to all levels via membership. All this finally worked out with wp support as well as clearing all cookies and growing history for each browser type.
Timestamps with links would be very helpful.
HELP my memberships are not expiring, i tried installing wp corntrol but the paid membership pro's cornjobs are all missing from the event list, deactivating and reactivating is still not working. How to fix this?
On the home page when you choose the beginner plan, is it a Woocommerce product? If not, what's that?
Hi Hossam. Choosing the beginner plan is a Paid Memberships Pro membership level. It is not a WooCommerce product.
Please do I need to include all of the PMP pages in my main menu? If I don't have to, which of the pages should be used as the front page for visitors to access?
Hello. At first, thank you for this awesome video. How can i generate such a 3-Levels visible Select-Menu for Newcomers as at the beginning of your video , where the gold-membership ist Up-highlighted.
This is from our demo site, Must Love Dogs. You can actually download the demo site and find details on the setup here: www.paidmembershipspro.com/how-to-set-up-a-demo-membership-site/
Hi, It is possible to generate passwords according to the email addresses I would add myself so that a limited number of people is access to the member part
Hi man! Tell me please can I use this plugin for charify? I don't understand how I can create paymen page and connect it for all my pages to get money for others...
The Paid Memberships Pro plugin can be used with our Donations Add On which allows users to make charitable contributions. You will need to connect your site to a supported payment gateway such as Stripe or PayPal: www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/
Hi, why the "thank you" page doesn't have a special URL to use it for conversion tracking on Facebook ads?
I have installed the plugin, but when I try to login to admin page, it goes to member page, so I am not able to login as admin after plugin installed. There is any way to solve this?
Can you backup and restore paid membership pro? I want to upload my new website and keep my pmp clients and levels
Hi, I have eveything set up. I get to the stage where it says read before you confirm payment. When i click to confirm payment, it does not put the payment through and say thank you for paying. Instead it takes me back to the previous page to fill out details of payment again. What could be the problem?
Hi there, would you kindly reach out to our support so that we can check this for you?
www.paidmembershipspro.com/support/
any cache plugin you recomend to work with pmp?
I've searched a fair amount of places but can't find this answer. How do you add the account information fields (username, password, email address etc) so the user also is registering as a user during checkout like you are showing at 39:06
Hi there! By default, this is exactly how Paid Memberships Pro works. It sounds like you may be viewing the checkout page as a logged-in user? If so, you won't see the username, password, and email address fields.
Can you try to log out and then view the checkout page, or try to view the page in an incognito browser window?
Let us know if that helps :)
hi l have my levels set up just like yours but stripe is not taking initial payment its offering a trial of 30 days and l dont have trial set up in my wordpress
Hi there, please reach out to us via the contact us section on paidmembershipspro.com
Unable to access your website. not sure why it's not properating
How does the login/register buttons get up at the top?
Hi .When users subscription or sign up, they receive email messages like ( thanks for creating an account on ( my website ) .
where i can designe this Email message interface ? thank you
Hi Max Roy. This post (www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/member-communications/customizing-email-templates/) should be able to walk you through the steps to customize the email messages upon subscription.
@@StrangerStudios thank you!
Hi, can we gave an id number to registered member?
Hi Amal, yes you can! Here is an article on how to do that: www.paidmembershipspro.com/generate-a-unique-member-number-for-display-on-membership-account-confirmation-email-and-more/
Why your plugin website is down?
Hi Hossam. We do apologize for the trouble this may have caused you. If you ever run into another issue like this in the future, please email us directly at info@paidmembershipspro.com.
Nothing is working when I click sign up it takes me to a blank page.
Hi, Hey Guys. Thank you for reaching out! Our first suggestion would be to enable debugging first to see if there is an error that is not showing itself. www.paidmembershipspro.com/how-to-enable-debugging-on-you-your-wordpress-site/
If that does not work, please open a support ticket at www.paidmembershipspro.com/support or contact us at www.paidmembershipspro.com/contact for further assistance.
@@StrangerStudios It still does not work. When I click sign up button it says oops page can not be found and it is not blocking the content, I think it is made to fail on purpose so people would have to pay for support.
How to add register page? I can't find it.
Hey there, the registration page is the the same as our PMPro checkout page. When a user check's out (free or paid) they will automatically be registered as a member and a WordPress user.
Is that a South African accent I am hearing? 😉
why dont you create from scratch?
Hi there, we're not too sure what you mean by your comment. Would you mind expanding on that a little more? Thanks :D
@@StrangerStudios hi. i mean, you should explain after you install the plugin, then you create membership from zero till membership site is ready to accept registration.
@@leksetengah Thanks for the clarification, we are currently working on more videos on these topics, we also did a few similar videos that you can view under our uploads
@@StrangerStudios hi i already test it.
if free vresion dont have approval; process for membership addon and only available offline payment ( pay by check ), how admin can manually approve membership if user already paid ? i test user reg and the user account already ACTIVED after click confirm button????
and one more, in my country popular payment is bank transfer or digital money (gopay and OVO which is you dont support), so if i choose reccuring payment for 1 month, and then user register for 1 month, so in user detail, experation date is none????? i read then i download set exp date add on, i change to M2, then to prove its WORK, i should wait in 1 month? why dont you set automatically experation date with recurring payment?, or in exp date table in user detail you can write exp date 1 mont, 1 year, not only code m2????
@@leksetengah Hi there, there is quite a lot of information here. I'd recommend reaching out to us at info@paidmembershipspro.com so that we can better answer these questions for you.
To answer your first question, you are able to set a membership level manually for any user under their WP User profile page.
Hope that helps!
Zoom in. It's hard to see your content
Thanks for the tip, John. Will do.
I haven't got the menu
How can I add one
Hi there, which menu are you referring to?
