Frank, I’ve said this before: You’re too “cookie cutter” Go listen to some old Depeche Mode. Or Pet Shop Boys, or Madonna. Get some ideas for some sweet chord changes, interesting sounds, break in the beat, to keep the listener interested. You are repeating a nice sounding beat throughout the whole song, and the listener just falls asleep after not very long. You need more hooks. Then you get these singers that don’t take any chances either. Take a chance dude you’re holding your cards too close to your chest. Way too predictable. Get out there, buddy! You can do this. 1:11 after that nice little break in the music, listen to what the listener gets when you come back in - it’s the same bass playing octaves. Then we get that reverb clap. But that’s what we got in the beginning of the song too. I’ll check back with you.
