I find rehearsals and behind the scenes videos delightful. I think both of these are of rehearsals, someone posted that the song was dropped ftom the actual show due to time constraints. Certainly Amira and her partner, Sunny Boy Dallio, seem exceedingly relaxed for a public performance. Think it is a dress rehearsal. Thanks for posting it, it's a joy, and happy birthday too!

Here Amira sings at the age of 14 with tenor Sunnyboy and with the Mzansi Youth Choir at the annual Starlight Classics event, which she has attended since the age of 10. She has also sung Amigos Para Siempre with Sunnyboy and Flower Duet with mezzo-soprano Cecilia Rangwanasha. Finally, Amira sang Nella Fantasia solo. The conductor was Richard Cock, who was also the conductor and musical director of Amira's 18th birthday concert.
The first rehearsal was the "plain clothes" rehearsal ; the director uses it to get timing and positions. The second rehearsal is the "full dress" rehearsal. It started with "La Donna e Mobile" (From Verdi's "Rigoletto"). The male singer was "Sunny Boy" Dladla - an African singer, then with the Berlin opera and now quite sought after for Rossini's operas. Somebody in Amira's fans group asked whether he would perform with her again - he said he'd perform with her anytime - as you can see, they enjoyed working together. At 14, Amira was quite an experienced performer. As Jorge has said, dancers on the stairs were the Mzansi youth choir. I have no idea why it did not get onto the final program, but Amira certainly did.
