The devs said that they are planning to make heavenly restrction free at some point, just that you can only use it on one slot. where as with the game pass u can use it on any slot hr is really good for pvp but not so much pve. Personally, i would wait till u can get it for free as there are better stuff u can buy if you havent already (Innate slot 3 + 4, skip spins, innate bag)

More then 1h 20m definitely because of the cuts and didn’t show some missions(as in when he grinds)
