Hi Mauve, I always love your gentle hand movements (the weird things ASMR make us say to people, lol). I’ve read “The Dry Heart” recently, thanks to you, because you spoke so highly of Ginzburg. I loved it. On the surface, it’s failed marriage drama, not exactly original, but there are very interesting undercurrents about loneliness and freedom. And I loved her style, the ambiguity of her characters. Will definitely look for the other books you’ve recommended. Last time I left a comment I was halfway through “Pedro Paramo ”, well, that one is a masterpiece, one of the best book I’ve ever read❣️
I've read Valentino and Sagittarius because of you! And the Ginzburg addiction checks out, I already can't wait for more. I loved them both but would agree Sagittarius left a bigger impression on me, the way the mother character is written, everything that went down in so few pages, wow!

However I just started reading “Paradais”, from one of your other book videos. This one is a shocker so far 😂 so I’m going with it as of now. Let’s see how it goes. Always love the book videos!!
