At 3:07 I'm fascinated by how much - and how fast - she folds her upper body forward when preparing to do the grab. I struggle a lot with folding my body forward like this when doing Fly Outs.
I grab right after my front wheels go over the coping and pull my back knee into my chest and I don't even really notice letting go of the grab. at the apex of the air as you start to drop back into the Bowl or quarter is when I Let Go and only extending my legs after I let go right before I'm going to land
my question to you is: whats your bodyweight distribution as you're going up the ramp? I think my main mistake is not leaning back as much as I should so I can fly straight upwards
Says the bonk gets you in the air... the bonk gets the board to come out off the ramp and into the body. What gets you in the air is the speed and pump.
Literally nobody is stopping them from skating. Skating doesn’t discriminate it’s a board and almost all company’s and shops support all the human rights movements that have been going on. Ur comment is irrelevant don’t make skating complicated it’s simple. Every religion sexuality and race can do it.
There are so many nuances to skating I've never noticed till now

Without vert you still have forward momentum so more likely to land with the back over the coping.
